informative review, by the way did you change the PID´s ? i tried the Gemfan Hulkie as well, really silent and i would like to continue to use them but they have some jello with the stock tune (mine has o3 lite and 750 mah Flywoo lipo) .
Didn't change the Pids but I did change the rates, to match my 5",so I'm flying St a roll rate of 1200.
There is SLIGHT jello at times on the goggles feed but my 03 smooths it out fully on the recordings, maybe up your master by 0.1 and test?

I tried today by putting a ND8 Filter on the O3 and the Jello was gone 😊. So I will stick with the GEMFAN Hulkie because of the low pitched sound so not annoying for me and people around 😊
@@YaegerFPV fantastic, I've been using the uv nd filter, didn't think thst would help but maybe it's why I've no had any issues?
It's amazing, the video quality is not bad at all, I might have to buy one
I'd highly recommend one and I'm not eating a penny from doing so, so you know it's genuine, I love to fly mine on places you'd never normally fly, because it's essentially a toy

I love these little things, I have a pair, both with the 'lite' O3 unit, so I can alternate flying 'em in warmer weather. They're mad little things that have taken everything I've thrown at them so far.
Also, love this review style, because it IS all about the feel, isn't it, I've felt like I'd gone nuts sometimes with reviews that didn't mention experiences like this. I've not got the GPS on mine, but I think I remember your group postings on this and it's very cool to see the review after the fact :D.
Yeah Ive never done a review before so it's fantastic to hear such feedback, thank you, I thought it was essential to give a real world touch and feel style as opposed to a more sterile fact based one and one thar once I'd fixed all the issues didn't mention them so a lot of experienced pilots and reviewers do.
Rw the GPS, flywoo have also reached out and said they will replace the GPS unit on it also, so watch out for a update in a few feweeks to see what change that offers.
Hopefully we can get a few more Quads for a real world review.

How do I get my lipo charger to charge up altogether 4.35v as it cuts off at 4.2 do i need a flywoo charger
@leethornton85 you need to set it to LIHV not lipo (please make sure you ONLY do this for LIHV and not lipos)

Real question here. Can you rip towers with this now that it has ducts?
Okay no diving from 500 foot but like, we wanna see alton towers upside down, not just another cinematic cruise like what park wants us to see, we need to go a bit extreme haha
I hope it doesn't magically become reckless when you go upside down.
Another thing is, does the ducts give you too much rattle in movement that has lots of yaw and roll mixed in like juicy flicks or rubiks cube, or inverted yaw spin? I like doing tricks that have lots of cyclic and yaw movement with little altitude change and I already have a setup that runs 2s LiHV so I wonder if that can be my next quad. If it isn't terrible at anything other than cinematic cruise, I might consider it
So to rip Towers legally you need LOS,, so of your flying from outside the park you'd need to stay over the trees, meaning it's pointless.
Even with Ducts if you want to take off from inside the park, you need permission of the park, we know that's not going to happen, John Broom the creative lead blocked me last year when doing the Nemesis updates despite never interacting with me at all.
So ducts or not, the only way to rip Towers is to either
1 stay above the tree line, bit pointless for a FPV Flight
Or
2 get permission to take off inside the park (when closed) and considering John Brooms perceived issue with me, that's not likey.
No rattle no and it's more than capable of Freestyle, you've just got to stay on throttle more then a 5" but if you've got a 2" already, I wouldn't get another, can you get ducts for yours?

Staying above tree line makes me think of one thing.. your RC plane, do you still have it? One that has the head tracking. Plus you can pretend to be a real plane and fly over the park and no one will know it is a remote controlled aircraft. Plus you can go upside down and unlike a quad, you can even stay upside down and look up, to look down at the rides. That'd be a cool shot of the park
@@squaddingquads ig I'll seek for a 5 inch and keep mine without ducts then, she is a beast, barely any propwash on pull outs and flies 4-5 mins in full rip acro so I'll keep her as is lol
@@adakalyoncu1913 ducts add prop wash, it's just what they do, so if your happy and safe now, don't change, this quad for flying around near people and on filming sets, is wonderful though

Hello friend, I see that your flight time is almost 4 minutes, I have the same drone with the same camera, the o3 Naked, but my flight time is only a maximum of 2.4 minutes. Can you tell me how you achieve that? I haven't added weight to my drone, I use the original 1000mAh batteries. I hope you can help me, thank you."
Hey thanks for the comment, sorry your having issue. What version of betaflight are you running? I found upgrading to bf4.5 really helped

Not sure how you’ve processed the audio but it’s far too deep. Tried to watch your review but couldn’t continue with it as far too deep as watching on tv. Maybe reduce the bass in future.

@@squaddingquads Cheers will do. Have a few drones and love to use for client work inside. Love my Avata for that and to be fair often fly in Normal for indoor client with the levelling. Also have a Cinebot30 for indoor but a bit too powerful so looking forward to adding this for my indoor work.
Yeah just reduce the bass and you should be good to go.
