      I started stretching before I leave my bedroom every morning because of your 6AM morning routine!

      I don't do any morning habits at all, except wash my face and brush my teeth 😅😅😅

    I love putting my legs on the wall before bed to hwlp calm my nervous system. And now you've convinced me to add tongue scraping to my routine! 🌻

    I really enjoyed this video. Im going to incorporate the laying with my legs up. I never considered doing it before, but I can see how it would be especially beneficial to the female body. Thank you Kyla!! Would love to see a nightly habits video. 🥰

    As a homeschooling mom of 3 under 6 ...I barely even have time to eat breakfast 😅😢 but I prioritize working out while baby naps

    Yes please do the night routine habits video! I also heard great things about Seed and beef liver but I hate swallowing pills 😅

      Coming from someone who HATED swallowing pills I promise it’s not that bad like I use to take liquid or gummy supplements until I realized the pills are much better for me haha practice makes perfect! I can only do it if I swallow it down with a lot of freezing cold water 😆
