It's a really cool concept - multi tasking meditations helping you tap in to your ultimate self and be this ultimate version of yourself who is healthy, vibrant, and checking off all of the boxes!! I love the getting ready meditations in the morning as part of my routine! Sooo applicable to leveling up your life and getting clear on how you want to live and feel and preform.
