hello just new here im from the Philippines🥰love watching your video grocery shopping with your kids..you are so blessed i wish one day i can do the same thing as you do.. grocery shopping is what one of wife's happy feeling🥰even if you don't buy anything for yourselves it still brings you so much happiness specially if you saved a lot😊
What a great family!! I love how the older children are involved with caring for their younger siblings ❤ Amber and Mark are both so patient, kind, and attentive to each of their children. Naturally great parents; the world needs more parents like them ❤
Really enjoyed meeting your beautiful family! I was so impressed with the sweet way the children treated each other, and the stress free way the shopping went.......no harsh words etc. Mark is a treasure! I’m now a loyal watcher!
Recommendation on the bread, you actually can freeze bread and use it when needed. It’s a good way to have backstock of it especially when it’s on sale. It will last longer in the freezer and a lot of times I like to just pull it out and pop it in the toaster and have toast right then and there. Hope that helps. Love your videos by the way! ❤
My experience in the UK is that some bread freezes really well, while others not so well. I think the more you pay, the better it freezes. Freezing bread certainly stops it going mouldy.
Oh my goodness, what organisation in shopping for a month... Meal planning then making grocery list for all your meals... wow!!!! Great planning.. Lucky you have lots of helpers to carry your haul inside 😊... I am glad you have a freezer now & I am sure you will find it cheaper than weekly shopping... Have a wonderful week beautiful family, may God bless you & keep you safe... 🙏
Blessed, highly favored, set apart for God's purposes. I can see the love and light of God in all your children, and Mom & Dad too. Patience ARE a virtue
I’d be interested in seeing how you store a monthly haul and to see your new freezer. So happy you guys got one. It will help so much especially when winter comes and the weather is bad and you can’t get out to the store. 😊
And milk freezes really well, too. I don't know what kind of freezer you got, but anyone who has a chest freezer needs to use bins inside the freezer and put the same kinds of items in each bin.
So glad that you got the freezer and can do a monthly grocery hall. I will however miss your hauls more often. I drooled over all that cheese that you purchased. Yummm. Another great vlog. Thanks guys. ❤
Love how healthy you feed your family....what a Beautiful family!!! Love how you all shop together and the way your husband loves you ! In this crazy world this is so refreshing!!
You all are blessed! I do know by listening to you share some of your testimony that it didn’t happen overnight. It’s time for y’all to be blessed. I’m so happy for y’all.❤ y’all please be careful to watch your surroundings when you’re going out of the store with all those groceries make sure you’re not being followed or watched. I don’t know if y’all already have it or not would be great if y’all could buy some light metal shelves that are on wheels preferably and you could put them up against the wall downstairs and put your extra food on it.
Oh da baby looks so comfy and cute in the shopping cart 😊. I grew up in a family of four and was always jealous of our neighbors who were a family of nine. Their house was so fun to visit!
Amber I hope you’re new monthly grocery shopping makes life easier for you and Marc. Love your videos. You have a beautiful family. Thanks for sharing 😊💜
Aw thank you! Yes I’m learning as I go! I’ve seen other moms do it and they say it really helps throughout the month. It’s definitely a fun experiment.
The kids are very well behaved. You just dont see that much these days. You guys are raising a beautiful family and those children definately have awesome role models.... Oooh.. I wanted to say that Im anxious to know how much groceries is left over from prior grocery hall.... Stay safe and happy! 🎉❤😂
Sounds like Mark made a good purchase. How nice to be able to have a good stock of food on hand for your large family. Now I want to see how you’re storing it all.
This shopping trip was quite an undertaking, but you and Marc had great helpers!! Stocking the freezer will be a big help as well as saving money. You will save on parking fees too!! 😉 Well done everyone!! 👍
I think the idea behind monthly shopping, if you want to save money, not just time, is that you buy things in larger quantity - not just more of the same things. You are probably going to just end up spending more - because you are going to get odds and ends weekly at your local market. If you have a Business Costco there - that would be the place to go monthly - they sell everything in larger quantity - they supply restaurants actually. Maybe there is something similar there - now that you have a freezer.
When you see all those plastic bottles stacked up for one month - it hits hard - I don't understand why people don't just use water bottles - it is so easy
@@TheHappyCaravanwhat would help is getting them clip on crossbody straps (on Temu or something) for reusable water bottles! I do it to keep my hands free on long walks
Good idea with once a month shopping, glad you now have an extra freezer. I try once a month shopping too, I feel I spend less money. You had a big group with you shopping this time! ❤️✌🏻
I would like to. see what you cook for meals for the month with those groceries. I cooked every day for 9 people. I also ndid a monthly shopping. Buying staples at Aldi saved me a fortune.
Oh my goodness, I was thinking where is it all going to go in the van! 😆 I miss your weekly grocery trips. Maybe you’ll return to weekly? Thanks for telling what each thing is used for! ❤
Hi l can't believe how much that all cost you. I live in New Zealand there is no way we could get all that we would be lucky to full two carts full. Food is very high priced here. Thanks for your video l enjoyed it. Kind Regards Maggie
Hello family. I was excited to see you guys being able to do a once a month grocery haul. That's how I shop and it saves time, money and even aggravation. Hope you find it works for you. By the way, I tried to hit the like button and it wouldn't show up. So I tried the down button and it wouldn't show up. Has anyone else had that problem?
Oh good to know! Our Costco has olives sometimes but sometimes they are out of stock or they only have a certain kind. I think our Costco is a little smaller here than the one we had in San Diego.
I came from a family of 12 there was no way we could afford to eat like you do.! Oh my !! We did not eat fancy at all plain simple meals were the norm. We also did not have snack foods only the occasional piece of fruit .all from scratch.
I did some math on this grocery haul, and they are spending about 2.00 per person per meal compared to the average family in 2024, which spends $4.23 per person per meal. I don't know what era you come from, but in 1975 (adjusted for inflation) the average family spent $2.79 per meal (.48 per meal in 1975 dollars). So $2 per meal is pretty cheap considering, and not fancy at all compared to the average family now or even to the same family in 1975.
@@templemanning6180 i was born in the early 5o's and my parents were frugal.ate foods that stretched a long way.no snacks except popcorn on occasion or a piece of fruit
@@sharoncampeaux1860 My point was, what they are eating is not considered 'fancy' by today's standards, in truth they spend much less on each meal than the average person now and in the past when adjusting for inflation.

As a nutritionist I want to point out that bleached and unbleached flours are almost identical in nutrition. Unbleached has such a small amount more of Vitamin E as to make it not much different than the bleached. The reason some people prefer unbleached flour is the chemicals used in the bleaching process could be carcinogenic.
Yes! I heard it was outlawed in Europe so that also made me more concerned. Also food dyes make me nervous too but the kids love breakfast cereal so I try to balance it out a bit!

You need to make a milk bottle video vlog on how you get on with your 14 milk bottles 12:00 🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛from trying to fit them in the fridge to drinking through the month. I must say the internet confirms : There is no way to tell precisely how long milk will last after its use by date, though it's thought that unopened milk generally stays good for 5-7 days
