can you make a vid on propagating an echeveria ghosts? I'm having a a horrible time. I can only get the leaves to root, no babies....ever. they all just root. healthly leaves, but no babies after 4 to 6 months of waiting.
I need help I used potting mix for palms and cactus with a little bit of regular potting mix at the bottom of the pots I put lava rock for draining. And the soil is holding to much water some of the leaves are getting rotten help please

Hi there, question for you...do you find yourself watering you lilacina more or less on average than your other succulents? This winter (Phoenix winter so not very cold) I nearly lost all 4 of my lilacinas but I was able to save three and one didnt fair as well. I was on a watering schedule and what I thought was sufficient and they got wrinkled they pulled up from the soil so the roots detached and I could hold all of the plants in my palm with some roots still holding on to soil. Well I repotted them, and was very diligent and individual when watering but even after they recovered I’m struggling with a watering routine. What does your lilacina seem to be wanting to look as lovely as it did on camera?
Erin S. great question! My lilacina didn’t ever really show stress from lack of water 💦. Some of my other Echeverias will get really “Diva” on me and will pucker their leaves and look all dramatic 🤦🏼♀️🤣. I would say that my lilacina requires about double the amount of water that I give my smaller Echeverias. But it’s also about three times as big so that makes sense. I hope this helps you! Liquidambar Girl Gardening I’m getting my plants on track atm. I’ve gotten them sorted by genus and name and size. I’m working on tracking them over a month and got those colored garden stakes that are plastic and I’m keeping track of how much water how often and how long between signs basically everything and everything in between I’m writing down. I messed up and slacked a bit over the last couple weeks so I have to start all over again. But hopefully I can get this under control soon. Thanks for the reply! Take care!
