- Fuse's story mode really opens up once you beat every single character's story, and also do every story mode with Fuse.
After you reach the point of no return, and before you go in for the selected character's final boss battle, you can talk to the other protagonists to face their final bosses. Fuse can recruit all seven protagonists, (Blue is in Devin/Luminous while Asellus is in Nelson's pub) and then get at it.
It's worth noting that you are NOT healed between fights, and that each final boss you beat gets tougher depending on both your event rank and how many you beat before that. The seventh boss is especially tough and will be extra bloodthirsty for Fuse, as if aware that you get a game over if he's out of life points.
If you do this on Blue's section like I did, you will not get the Gift of Time/Space Magic on him, but will still get Life Magic. If you do this on Riki's Quest, you'll have most of the rings which is a massive life saver since you can refill your JP/WP before each fight.
In the end, I resorted to a liberal amount of Overdrive and Stasis Rune to see this to the end. The fight was really hard.
If, after surviving this enormous gauntlet, the player wants an even further challenge, they can go to the Remastered Dev Room and speak to Shadow, who is immune to Stasis Rune, meaning you cannot cheese your way through. I recorded myself being beaten by him for reference, at the end of the video.
I had a dream team going in, which took hours to grind. The rundown is as follows.

Maxwell/Multi/Combat Mastery!T620G with Warlord Armors making him nearly unkillable

Time Lord is so OP, how can anyone not love him?
You can best asellus's original story and go to second division to farm mariche for all the mystics giving you 75 to every stat plus magic heal and tiger rampage. Also you can just do her story and get the griffin at the end for your damage dealers like timelord. One last thing, if you grind the huge slime in shingrow ruins it has a much higher chance of increasing stats after the fight making grinding your PC's to max much faster.

Just riki's last boss. It's a very rare enemy.
But the absorbs transfer to new game+ so as long as you get the absorbs once the characters keep them other than asellus who doesn't get to keep her absorbs sadly.
only place I saw the mariche in second division was that fortune telling thing where the game freezes up on you. So you can actually find it elsewhere in second division?

So do you need to play Fuses scenario 7 times , alternating after each protagonist? Or can you do everyone first and save Fuse for last ?

DSC!Blue was HOURS of grinding, but I just had to pull out the big guns for this. It's great for post Tower
@@CollectorTogami i just got my blue on dsc, almost all of fist & sword skill but for some reason i cannot unlock life sprinkler / spray of life for any of my character. Is there any requirement for that skill? Im on my 22 hour playing right now.

1:09 why don't you use Snake Oil instead? It's way better than Stasis Rune.
Hi there. I already beat all of the character story, and also Fuse after each of them. but when I want to fight Ninja, he said that I haven't beaten Fuse big boss yet (?) so I couldn't challenge him. Can you explain who and how do I need to beat? This Fuse big boss?
How did you get all the protagonist to be there? I beat the game with all including fuse last, but I couldn't get all 6 protagonist in one setting
How about TimeLeap it works on Ninja did you tried??
If you use time leap too many times Ninja will take you to the space realm. Time Leap stops working there.
Is there anything rewarding for beating the hardest version of the boss?
You get an achievement and the ability to fight the ninja in dev 2 as seen at the end

Why’d you waste so much time on rikis boss? There can’t possibly be a reason to kill off the weaker monsters during that right?
I want to know what you get for beating the ninja in the dev room. You have to get something. Maybe he's absorbable or maybe he joins your team afterwards. That would be cool.
I've been trying dude
When you defeat him the first time you get a bit of fireworks... second time a bunch of fireworks (like doing a level 5 combo for Virgil)... Third time seems impossible so far... gets A LOT Harder. Starts with Scattered Petals x 5 (survivable only if you defend while having more than 900HP and 99 vitality or if you go invisible with the ring from Rikki's quest) and on top of that he gets more moves per turn.
I could only defeat him having Reviva + Sacrifice, which means I had to complete Rouge scenario right before doing Fuse again.

@@CollectorTogami Fuse - Rouge scenario. In this scenario Rouge/Blue gets Sacrifice and Reviva.
Party: Fuse, Rouge, Red, Asellus, Emelia
All characters have Dullahan shield, Lethal Dragoon, Light Rifle, Pluto Armor, Jet Boots (for tremor attack), Unicorn Tear (for global poison attack).
4 characters have Phantasm (aka Asura from Facinaturu... gives +7 on all stats)
Most characters have Dodge Powder. Some also have Dodge Net, or Dodge Gale.
All Characters have:
- Guns Akimbo + Bound Shot (most OP ability in the game)
- Mind Heal
- Fuse holds the backpack (others have starlight heal just in case)
- Rouge has Reviva and Sacrifice
- Asellus has Mystic Blade with Magic Heal, Mirror Shade and Glass Shield
- Red has Final Crusade in case he can transform into Alkaiser
- All characters except Fuse have Deflect and Spray Life
- Characters have a Magic Damage ability
- All stats close to 99 (equipment buffs)
- 150WP and JP for all characters
- Emilia had Tower in case I got real lucky (if it's not blocked and combos it can do around 35k saving a loooot of time... but I never got lucky. Either blocked or did very little damage)
Don't really understand the mechanics with the ninja, but sometimes he receives a lot less damage from guns or swords or magic... so I start using a different type of damage a couple of times. Some turns Bound shot did the same amount of damage as Dark Sphere o_o
Had to play REALLY safe... took around 40 minutes to finish the fight. Most times WP and/or LP ran out. Reviva avoids loosing LP.
Slightly related...
It actually takes like 10 minutes to do the boss rush... with 5×Bound Shot combo, 5xMind Heal for healing and Gale Blast/Reverse Gravity for Ring Boss and Hell Lord. At the end one Sanctuary Stone before 7th boss.
Powered suit x5, Kris x5, Angel Brooch/Taoh x5, Sea Stoke x5
Only final boss I had trouble with was Lute. Had to use mechs with Evade abilities and Alkaiser.
Right now I'm training Time Lord to see if I can manage to defeat the ninja a third time.

How is time lord getting so many turns even without using overdrive?
Stasis Rune and/or Snake Oil (maybe some others but those are the obvious effects) have an effect making Overdrive continue to provide extra turns without depleting all JP/WP/Bullets

how did you get stasis rune to the time lord?
In fuse's playthrough you automatically get tl and kylin. Then you just do the rune magic quest. Easy pz.
@@jeast9648 ah ok that's really easy😅 maybe with stasis I can beat the super boss for the trophy. every time I have problems with the wp but with the glitch it should be possible. I will try it tomorrow. thanks:)

Do Arcane Quest first to get Time Lord, then do Rune Quest
I still prefer using Snake Oil instead.
