I have a 08 Merc E350 Sport Sedan.......that cabin filter was Nasty!! Not the worst, but was gross. Keep up the good work. I just replaced a Front SAM unit in my 08 E350 after previous owner had a "thermal issue" Eg: Cracked windshield cowl, water intrusion..........I love Mercedes and working on them.....Keep up the good work.....Cheers from Ohio...............
Thank you for watching Chris, front sam is very common on Mercedes, i have a few videos on them on the channel where water gets in and corrodes them badly until they start draining the battery or stuff just simply wont work, and no matter where mercedes puts the front sam, water still finds a way inside 😂
dude you put sea fome in the gas tank and a flush in your oil? that's scary. Have you considered moving the TCU off the engine to the left Fuse box area? There are kits to extend the harness so that engine heat doesn't damage the TCU. Great video. Let me know if you want to come to a Benz meetup in NJ.
Why would you consider the sea foam and engine flush as scary? The sea foam is a fuel additive which i like to add every pil change to my vehicles, and the engine flush us good to do to remove engine deposits you just cant overdue it. Thank you for the information on the tch harness kit, i was not aware of that, i will look into it. Let me know where the meetups are at, that would be cool
the oil additives reduce the effectiveness of the oil and residual material remains in the engine after you change the oil which affects the next batch of oil. it may be a last ditch effort on cheaper older engines like a 1970s GM v8 but not on this kind of engine. maybe flushing one more time with a cheaper oil could make it less risky.
Thanl you for your input, i do dissagree on the engine flush reducing engine effectiveness, the can i used was for 3-5 liter engine size, meaning i didnt dilute the oil enough for it to be too concentrated. Have you personally had any bad stories with engine flushes?

SIL got a ford focus. Zero issues in 10 yrs. But he is slow to change oil. I do it once a year as he drives
I always like to stay at 5,000 Miles
Awesome video !

Arent you supposed to change oil after running seafoam not before?
I ran the seafoam through the fuel system and not through the engine, therefore it doesent affect the engine oil.
The oil still looked brown ergo bad oil or just a very good engine. bad oil and bad engine? lol
