@@bethandbeyond1 The paper is white, like the Sterling Ink paper. Only the Hobonichi Weeks and the five-year techos have cream paper, not the Cousin or HON Cousin. So it's safe to consider further from that perspective! 😀

I do not care what the financial dude bros say, a paid off home is peace of mind. If we had a million dollars, we'd probably pay off our student loans, maybe build a dream house, invest some for rainy days, and then help family where it was needed. If there's any leftover after those big ticket items, I'd like to paint my 2002 mustang please. lol Even then it wouldn't be worth much, but I've had it since I was 16 and it DESPERATELY needs a new paint job.

I would pay off and upgrade my current home (add solar, close in the porch so it's a sunroom, buy a generator), invest in a retirement plan, and if there is money leftover go to Ireland! I like @sugarmountainbricks response because these are such adulthood things!

It’s much easier to spend that money on someone else. Following the rules, I have to say it would be a different home too. Do to health reasons I would find s/t all on one floor for hub and me. Because I have two kiddos that live out of state I would have guest rooms on another floor for when they visit. It’s good to dream I guess.

Oh I'd definitely pay off all my debt with a million dollars. Hell, I'd pay off my parents' debt too. My sister's debt. And I would still have a bunch left over lol. Most of the stuff I would get for myself is pretty "cheap" in relation to a million dollars
