i met about 3 brothers with the intention of marriage only, but the problem was they were encouraging me to get into sexual things, so i told them to move on , i ain't about the haram stuff.. .
YA Allaah protect all my brothers and sisters from this fitnah of so called love and dating, and protect them from having their hearts broken and punish the wrongdoers who purposely made a game out of it, and overlook the mistakes and guide back the lost youth of this ummah to the right path, ameen

May Allah Forgive my sins but I did really Date someone (On-line) We knew each other long back (2yrs back) but we were in a r/ship over FB...But as for now am all By myself and put an end to that r/ship..alhamdulilaah allah showed me the right path .

I love this sheik!! He is so inspiring and funny..lol!! He came to our mosque and gave a lecture on, 'When boys meet girls'!! I could not stop cracking!! Also, i went to this event in 'green mosque' or something (can't remember the name :P) this summer (in Birmingham)! Everyone was buzzing on about him!! May Allah reward him for his efforts!!

Salaam Alaykum, If you click on the button CC, besides the play button area. It will upload subtitles, but their accurate for most of it. Some words (especially the arabic words) he says aren't the ones that appear on the subtitles. TH-cam upload english words that sound like what his saying, so its words like .."salaam" they'll write "someone" because it sounds alike. You can try and follow as much as u can like that. Insha'Allah. U can click CC on most youtube clips & get subtitles like that.

may i ask, in this day and age no one really brings another person with them while meeting the man or women, if i was to convert to islam and find a beloved husband...how would i do this? If my family believe in christianity and dont mind if i meet the man alone? Even muslims these days go out and meet alone, so how would this work the islamic way? It would b hard..

i think muslim women are beautiful. I don't think I'd even consider jewish/christian woman.
shouldn't have divorced your Jewish wife I feel, because she at the very least did believe in One God. The Sahabas married Jewesses and Christians, and brought them to Islam by their actions. Anyway what's done is done. May Allaah grant you a righteous wife. Although internet is bad, still there are slim chances of finding someone righteous. You will find one soon :)
So basically, if your not ready to get married, don`t mix with women. Easy enough to understand....(cough)
