The Government of India has Notified the Ramnath Kovind Committee to look into the implementation of One Nation One Election, signaling that the government intends to synchronize All the State Legislative Assembly Elections and the General Elections. We talked to Gautam Bhatia to talk about the legality of the Issue. and what kind of amendments could bring about the change.
