    We have used the th-cam.com/users/postUgkxOTeIs0vv4_9B5hsmnLsk9r930uDQLu_Y for probably 30 hours with our camper and it’s been great! The noise level is really only noticeable when running the AC and other appliances like the microwave, hair dryer, or coffee pot. It’s not huge like other ones and it has wheels so even at 90lbs, I can move it!

  • @pinoyswisshiker7119
    @pinoyswisshiker7119 3 ปีที่แล้ว +43

    When using the Ac, after youre done cooking do not switch off the Ac switch. Just switch off the stove or device you plug. Just let the fan of the R600 run for a couple of minutes before switching the ac button to let the r600 cool off.

    Thank you so much for testing the River on a hot plate, water boiling pot, and especially the microwave. This is so helpful as I outfit my SUV for camping. I had thought I could just buy a low power microwave or run a regular one on a low power setting or I would need to wait until I got a more powerful power station. With your information, I will save a lot of frustration AND be able to run a microwave on my camping trips. Thank you for introducing me to Inverter technology. Most TH-camrs doing reviews just state the obvious. This is a truly informative video.

    • @FunBubble
      @FunBubble  3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      hi, one thing i also did with the Panasonic Inverter Microwave is disconnect the inside light bulb, this lowered the watts used by 20 which helps alot.

    • @kent_moore
      @kent_moore 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agreed. I've watched a ton of power station reviews while shopping for one and I think this is the only one to give real world usage instead of just a bunch of stats or stress tests no one would actually do.

    Excellent demo! I never heard of an inverter microwave before but it certainly would be a game changer for anyone with portable units or an RV to have one of these. Although you can run higher rated items, it will lower the voltage so it will never run higher than 600 watts so don't expect a space heater to run at the full 1500 watts. The larger Delta will run these larger wattage items at full power however.

    Thanks for this upload.
    I just purchased an EcoFlow River Max and I'm not planning on using it for any household appliances,but it was interesting to see the capabilities of the power station.
    My plan is to use it just for camping and then just to charge rechargable batteries or to power A/C devices in the milliamp range,like having a scanner plugged into to it to hear NOAA alerts and aviation transmissions.

    Holy crap..... I agree with another comment. It's about time someone tested this crap with real things every day people who buy this would use it for. Why is it so complicated for people to review a unit properly? Not to drag other channels, but they try too hard when every day people just want to know practical use.
    Fantastic job demonstrating here. It's been a year now, any update on this unit?

      If it is an eflow the only way it would do that is if you did not hold the off button long enough to shut the device down and it was on standby then I could see where it might drain it down but even then it should still maintain a lot of charge if you charge it to 100%

    I got a question: If the EcoFlow outlet has no actual ground, how are you able to use the microwave? Microwaves must require a ground so therefore isn't that dangerous if you don't have a ground?
