Next time you are out here in the west coast, I recommend riding Amtrak's Califiornia Zephyr from Cali to Chicago. Amazing ride 50 hours! Do you need to rent a car to go around South Africa? How’s the public transportation?
you can easily get around with Uber but we would highly recommend to rent a car because there are so many beautiful places around Cape Town that are worth a little road trip :)
