    she used a weird way to find Net multiplier, you don't need to find profit. just put NOR over total direct labor cost and it equals 2.81 without having to find the profit and wasting test time.

    I’m confused by her including the salary of the potential secretary of a previous question as a given in this question. Is that something that we should normally do? ( 41:16 )

    $72 /hr x 2.81 = 202.395... rounded to the nearest 5 dollars would mean $200/hr (even in Excel it checks out)... now, specifically rounded UP to the nearest $5 then yes: $205/hr. It is unclear to me as I would have rounded to the nearest and it would have been wrong. I guess my question is: are billing rates automatically always rounded up?
