I thought the same. It makes sense what his thoughts are, but this is about answering per AIA contracts and we are to perform a cost estimate at end of each phase.
I dont think you brace one of the most important elements of the exam in your studies; speed. you have 4 minutes to use deductive reasoning to find an answer. its sorta helpful you talk so much, but ultimately you're loosing us because we all want to practice fast deduction. why not try both. deduct the right answer in two to three minites, and THEN explain
