- We go back to the team’s roots for a screening of the original Mighty Ducks movie, where fans got a chance to meet some of the original cast members of the film some 25 years later.

@@user-we5pd7ds5o Actually in the first movie one of them (I think it's Guy) goes by a double last name and it has "Henson" in it like Fulton's does.

Damn, this was my favorite movie growing up! I'm from Brazil, so we have no Hockey whatsoever, but I loved this so much it made me get into skating and now I'm a Ref/Player of Roller Derby :)
This movie was very famous in Brazil. I remember when I was a kid watching this movie. I started watching NHL when I watched this movie.
It was such a fun set of films! My brother got me hooked on these movies when our mom bought the trilogy VCD set. It's just one of these things that helped shaped most of our childhood

one thing about this that Gunnar Stahl he always showed up it let you know how close they were forreal and not pretending and him putting on a ducks jersey instead of Iceland jersey says a lot also I think many ppl dont recognize him has much without the signature sexy luscious blonde hair but his lines in the movie was more iconic than any of the lines for instance you lost it for your self and lets go shake there hands I I was there I would love a hug from him he a very funny person but one thing I do notice is none of the Iceland team never show up for the reunions but him /stahl

27th anniversary is more like it..the first film is from 1992 and maybe started filming in late 1991...not 1994...

Hi I Love Hockey and and Big Boston Bruins fan and as a kid watching the Mighty Ducks movies I thought it would be okay If I was a good hockey Dad I would let my kids watch the movies and still Cheer for my Big Bad Bruins and another thought I had is you can be too old for some Disney movies but as a Hockey fan you can’t outgrow The Mighty Ducks Movies those movies and Slap Shot are good hockey movies.
