As much as you are far from where I am in all aspects, I always relate to your videos. At some point I had to tell the client that I am lost in my own code. Your tips are TRULY APPLICABLE

I would say speed is very contraproductive. As I started working in a company, I thought how productive I am getting tasks done ASAP. But in the end it was waste of time of everybody including my colleagues going through multiple code reviews.
Recently I changed the approach to be much more precise and make sure everything works properly even if it takes more time.

Right? the funny thing for me was thinking that everyone else cared more about the speed then how it works. And I see it in younger colleagues today as well. They just want to move on to the next task as soon as possible, without actually fixing properly what they are working on today.

I'm at the level where I really don't care about the quality of the code and really just try to deliver my projects asap. Thanks for this I'll be working on that now

We are all probably on the same level, all the time. You just have to be tired of doing that and change focus :)
how long have you been coding?
