Crossing the Minch & Glasgow City Police Pipers

Crossing the Minch, written by Donald MacLeod, is a reference to The Minch - a straight of water which separates the northwest Highlands of Scotland with the Inner Hebrides. It is often crossed by ferries from the mainland to the islands.
The Glasgow City Police Pipers, also written by Donald MacLeod is a popular jig among pipers - it's fairly easy to play and produces a fun result.

Thank you! I find especially Glasgow City Police Pipers tends to get the Millennium Falcon treatment. It's a great tune, but too often played way over-tempo. Crossing the Minch is a bit beefier technically so it's less likely to be put through a buzzsaw for the sake of speed, I think!
