1. I blame the agents who don't ask or train the people they recruit.
2. Being money oriented as agencies its bad and evil, always mind where and which job you're sending someone to.
3.Even if you don't have parents or you didn't go to school but you have a dream of working abroad please go for elderly Education, many ugandans dispise it but its important.
4.Families let's learn to collect money for our people as Capital pull to start small businesses in our home country than doing it to send un educated person to get problems.
5. Government It's important to get our country a national language 😢

I am where I live people don't want English and they have nothing to do with it, they are fluent in their our language, it was bad luck for him, ekyotekibamaramu manyi! Let him come to Europe. It's just basic English he has to learn. All jobs in Europe, they give you training and if your English isn't good, they ask you to do some English lessons as a person of English speaker of another language!
