    After having had enough with many popular TH-camrs recommending hundreds of different supplements (many of them useless) which the average person cannot afford,
    I decided to look at 10 of the most credible fitness personalities and identified a fascinating trend of supplements which they all seemed to take and recommend.
    Unfortunately, along the way, I encountered the disturbing truth as to why the US supplement industry is predicted to surpass $60,000,000,000 by 2025…

    If you live deeper in the northern/southern hemisphere taking D-vitamin is sort of mandatory during winters/absence of light.
    Creatine and whey protein, those I already knew are the real deal.
    This was very well done in any case, great editing and presentation.

    Idk how I stumbled on this channel but great work brotha. I’m 26, workout regularly, very similar experience to you growing up. (Saw your recent upload) All I take is whey and creatine. I’m 6’3 and 187 trying to get to 210 within the next few years. Love what your promoting as far as information. A lot of guys like us out there. No problem with wanting to be healthy but to the cost of what you know? Thanks for the info

      @Quentin Styger in a different vid he quotes a study that found 1 in 25 highschoolers take PEDs, they're insanely common. Tbh I didn't even believe it at first, but I was in the gym talking to guys in the sauna a while back and found out that about half the guys in my gym were essentially known to be on them. These aren't even profesionals or athletes, just ordinary ppl man. Freaking wild

      no most of these guys are certified naturals they have a very long-made credibility based on scientific studies and experience and i beliieve that is the reason why josh brett used them as sources.

      @@vertix1180 if you eat high amounts of protein (especially through meats) you already are exceeding your daily iron intake, males do not need that much unless you have some sort of a condition. Too much iron can lead to heart pancreas liver damage, diabetes, arthritis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s…. Etc etc

      @@vertix1180 No problem! The rest of the micros you listed are no where as dangerous for men but you can hit your daily needs for them through your diet. Glutamine tyrosine beta alanine all aren’t worth the money and time to be taking separately imo. If they are in a pre workout drink you’re taking fine but don’t think they are really doing anything. For supplements all I take is fish oil protein powder and I’ll alternate between coffee and a preworkout before the gym. If you are worried about not getting your micro nutrients I’d start with vitamin d and magnesium

      People are obsessed with "quick and easy." There might be some legit reasons why some people would prefer a pill over tea, like maybe they don't like the taste, they don't drink hot liquids, or they don't want to wait for the tea to brew and drink it fast enough. Honestly, if you don't have to make a cup of tea, how do you find time to work out? lol

    I find that when I am consistent with my healthy habits that the supplements that I take are: beets, greens, pea protein-easiest on my stomach, vitamin D, probiotics, prenatal vitamin that's made from food sources (prenatals don't OD you on dosage of vitamins). But it has taken me some time to find what works for me and it can vary depending on what stage in my life & activity level. Keep up the fantastic videos! Love watching this channel grow!
