DIY Swimming Pool - 9 x 14 Easy & Cheap!

Follow this easy above ground DIY Swimming Pool build. This entire build cost under $250 with the mast majority of that going to the foam lining and the rubber vinyl lining for the actual pool! Best yet, the pool is fairly easy to build and doesn't require too many carpentry concepts or skills and can be adapted for any size pool you want.
My kids have been swimming in our pool for several days and can't get enough! I built my pool the maximum size (assuming around a 39 inch wall height) for the cheapest vinyl liner I could find. The liner used is actually from a used billboard material and is 16 x 20 feet. Most all of the wood and lumber used for the project was snagged for free at construction sites scrap piles.
