  • There is a major need for non-invasive brain stimulation. Transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) is a form of non-invasive brain stimulation with numerous and growing applications. However, one of the factors limiting tPBM's growth is slow technological advancement. To address this problem, we developed the Neuro Pro 🧠✨ pro.vielight.com
    The Neuro Pro is Vielight's most advanced and versatile transcranial-intranasal brain photobiomodulation device, to date. Designed for personal customization, professional flexibility and user comfort, this tPBM device enables tremendous flexibility in the customization of tPBM sessions via its app.
    Curious to learn more about its applications? Then the “Neuro Pro Photobiomodulation - Discovering the Possibilities" webinar is right for you.
    About the Speakers:
    Sanjay Manchanda, PhD, is a psychotherapist, spiritual teacher, and an expert in clinical neurofeedback and neuromodulation using current, light, magnetism, and sound. He has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Ph.D. in Computer Science, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology.
    Penijean Gracefire, LMHC, QEEG-D, BCN, is a neural frequency analyst and a licensed mental health clinician. She constructs closed loop EEG-based feedback paradigms which alter neural dynamics in real time, helping people to recover from trauma or improve cognitive flexibility and adaptive cascades.

    I am going on week 3 of using the neuro Pro. We bought the dual neuro pro. We have mostly dark weather in this part of country (so SADD) and it is helping with my sleep so far!

    I just received the "Duo" for my 92 year old mother, who just started to have cognition/memory problems. She once had a PhD, so she has a lot of brain pathways built up. I'm hoping this device will help. My question is, how often should she use it and does it matter if you do a session of "Gamma" followed by a session of "Alpha"?

      If you are interested in replicating the protocol used in the AD trial, then she would use the Gamma session only, once a day, for six days a week, and leaving one day off. The Alpha frequency has not been studied for AD yet. However, it seems to have a calming effect on the brain, and could, potentially be helpful for sleep management and relaxation, for example.

      @@VielightInc My mother is a great lover of "nulification". She, along with the help of my poison tree sister, commenced to taken quite a fall and hit her head. I don't dare put the device on her head now, as she is on blood thinners for her heart. I wonder when it will be safe?

      Look at herbs that help support BDNF and HGF and support synaptic and dentrite growth and branching like Shankapushpi, whole fruit coffee extract etc. work well along side light therapy I’m told. Dr Brednesdens Protocol / work is excellent.

    HI there, can we use the Neuro Duo on the same day after using the XPlus-3 since they target different regions of the brain?

    Just be extra cautious for individual who has chronic anxiety. I have 88 yrs old mom who has chronic anxiety and pre Alzheimer’s. She used Gamma mode for 10min and her teeth started chattering uncontrollably. We made an attempt to hold her jaw but she’s unable to control until she’s crying to stop. I had to take her to ER and gave her full dose of klonopin. It took her an hour or little more to stop her teeth chattering.

      I saw that they were trying to induce gamma and i immediately thought “BAD IDEA.” Your brainwaves follow NATURAL patterns. Im not so sure its good to upregulate brainwaves when most people with neurological diseases need downregulating.
      Ive been looking for units that DO NOT PULSE. Or have the option to turn pulsation off. My idea is to start at 670nm, then go to the 800s, then finally 1070, so that i can see how my body responds to each wavelength and increasing energy.
      Thanks for the input.

    Need some recipes to get the effect we want. How much research is there on the effects of the various brain waves.

    • @VielightInc
      @VielightInc  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The most researched frequencies are alpha, specifically 10 Hz, and gamma, specifically 40 Hz. You can find links to research publications in he research section of our website at vielight.com/research/
