    I bought this for my mom who had alzheimer. We put it on her everyday for 3 1/2 years. She was calm and happy, very different than before. Best used in the morning. I believe after noon the brain is too stimulated which makes it hard to go to sleep. I'm using it now and I use it as soon as I get up.

    I have adhd and use the gamma version daily.It absolutely works.I would say it gives me a 30-40 per cent reduction in symptoms.Pretty amazing if you consider it is not a drug.It takes some days to work.At first you get a little sleepy from using it but after some days this side effect subsides.However the beneficial effects accumulate with time.

    • @jhmmgf4236

      For anyone interested though i would share some more info about the device.I wanted to buy it at first but the high price along with my disbelief prevented me from buying it.However i took a chance and bought it without exepcting much.Keep in mind that I have used many different nootropics extensively along with stimulants for adhd, so even the smallest difference in brain function is very obvious to me.First days i used it I just got sleepy.I started using it twice daily (not recommended you should use it once maximum).Even during the first time you feel the difference.While using it you get a in the zone feeling.Kinda like the focus you get from meditating after an hour,but you get it right away and even better than that definetely.After a while I can feel a pulse in my brain like it adjusts or something (difficult to explain but it is a grounding feeling that i used to get from meditation sometimes).I also believe it has some benefits for blood flow ,my extremeties get warm sometimes.The benefits at first last only the 20 minutes of using it but after some days the last for me like half a day ,which is why i use it twice.

    Every meditation researcher I've heard says meditation practices generally deactivates the default mode network and upregulates task mode network instead. The default mode network constantly searches for things to worry about whereas the task mode network is involved in focus and flow. Does Dr Lim explain why he designed his device to activate the default mode network? It seems like it would give you the polar opposite effects of meditation. I e-mailed them but didn't get a response.

    I follow Dr Jack Kruse work heavily and really liked seeing this short Clip of clinical study. Affects all mitochondria cells in whole body. As they are powered by electrons. Directly affects behavioral state of many hormonal glands, as said in video, homeostasis, insulin resistance stimulas as much as 4%, depression, formation of active form Vit D to morning sun light exposure as it is the wave length spectrum, number and frequency that dictates cortisol secretion affectal multiple pathways throughout the day, cell and neuron recovery affecting memory and other cognitive abilities. More importantly, pushing the agender for behavioral change towards artificial light exposure and wearing reduced light spectrum devices to maintain health and even the degeneration of iris lens use and receptors, glands in back of the eye. Which is a large attribute to eye sight health.

      @Notacarrot2 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jack Kruse is a genius. So is Dr. Dewayne Smith that invented the BX Protocol. There are quite a few disinformation campaigns out there refuting his work, but I am on it right now, and I am seeing profound changes in my neurological functioning. It is definitely worth checking out if you are interested in Mitochondria. I plan on purchasing a Vielite soon to replace my morning coffee!

      @@Highintensityhealth I don't like to travel and deal with the airports so just livestream attended. Dr. Jason Fung was kenote speaker and he's always interesting. Some great edu-estertaining by the guru herbalist Yarrow Willard. Teemu Arina did his usual good curation.. They got into some of the fringe movements - psychedelics on the second day. Been Greenfield (Kion) was there and did his good longevity spiel - got to respect a guy who walks the walk and talks the talk and looks at the top of his game. Some of the presenters were not available live-stream due to copyright/proprietary restrictions. Not a huge crowd but this was their first North American venture and I sense the movement is picking up momentum and following. Some technical issues on day-1 with getting the content slides along with the presenters into the video feed . Am looking forward to the remastered video content when they update all the video content and remove dead-space etc.
