@@lizalitvinenko517 People mourn in different ways. Some people don't know how to cope with that kind of loss. I'm glad Susan is getting help. I, too, have lost 2 children and my house is clean, but I'm also in therapy and have a great support system. It sounds like Susan didn't.
Exactly. A Lot of people overlook how important that is. People like this rarely ask for help because the first thing they're met with is blame and disgust. As if they weren't already feeling bad enough. People take one look at a dirty home and assume it's just pure laziness that causes these messes. This person lost their child and then their husband left them. I don't know how she manages to get out of bed every day never mind going to work. It's no wonder her home got the way it did. She's just existing. I hope she gets the therapy she so desperately needs so she can find the strength to care about herself enough to look after herself and her surroundings.
Devastated for Susan. I lost my son at 13 months old due to an incredibly rare genetic mutation and it destroyed me. It affected every aspect of my life and still does. His 4th birthday is on April 15th and I'm just dreading it. I hope this helps Susan see the light at the end of the tunnel, she's important too.❤
To those that keep complaining about the beds, Auri is a CLEANER not a home decorator! She buys food, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies etc to do this for people. Get off her back! Auri you’re my inspiration! It’s also good to leave a few things for the person to do on their own.
A mattress have nothing to do with decoration. She buy fake flowers. What is more decoration? We talking about ppl with hard depression and other mental illness. If they could buy a mattress, they would have done long ago. But we see in what condition, on dirty whatever they sleep. Its as much needed as cleaning.
What a Godsend Aurikatrina is to those who cannot gather the strength to clean your own home. Been there, done that. It’s unexplainable, but it is what it is. Overwhelming depression does not make sense, all you’re trying to do is to survive.
People complaining about the beds need to keep in mind that the bed is still a better sleeping area than it was before Auri was there. It may not be perfect, but it’s always better.
In effect Susan lost both of her children - one to cancer and the other one going to live with her ex husband - no wonder the poor lady couldn't function well at all! Glad you could help her in the end! Btw people who criticise you for not buying mattresses etc should look at what you do do for other people! You do an amazing job cleaning up people's homes!
@phoenixrebornmusic agree with you. I think mother connected to their children differently than father. Father is important I agree, but this women suffered a lot. I hope she manage to recover and that kid got her mother back, and they can meet more.
Losing a child is an earth shattering pain I wouldn't wish on anyone. You NEVER get over it. You have to live life in a new way. Alot of marriages break when they lose a child. Auri you did an excellent job cleaning Susan’s apartment. I really felt for her and her struggles. Thank you for helping this poor woman and sharing the cleaning with us.
It’s so striking once these places are clean how empty they seem. I hope the resident can find a way to brighten her life with some art or colorful decor, now that her place is clean. Those things can be a real comfort, especially if a person has the opportunity to make an art object themselves.
I don't get it when people complain about mattresses. You work long hours and do an amazing job everytime. Its not yo0ur responsibility to get new mattresses. People can get their own but if they can't, they should mention it in an email. Or maybe there is a non-profit organization that can donate mattresses that are in brand new or good condition. My heart goes out to this lady and I pray that she finds peace of mind and soul such an ordeal losing a child and then marriage Apartment looks great Auri as always and I'm sure will lift her spirits
This hits very close to home. I’m a childhood cancer survivor and will be 11 years cancer free in a few months. A year after finishing my treatment, I met a girl who beat the same type of cancer as me. We immediately bonded and became close friends. 3 years later, however, she suddenly relapsed and passed away. It was devastating for me and everyone who knew her, but for her mother, it was almost unbearable. The only other family she had was her husband, and he died several years before their daughter. Her friends were constantly checking on her, but she still began to shut herself off. Probably because they were afraid to be pushy and would leave her alone if she told them to. She increasingly canceled on them and barely left the house. At some point, her closest friend decided enough was enough. She showed up at her door unexpectedly and refused to leave. The moment she entered my friend’s mother’s house, she knew the woman was drowning in grief and it was time to step in. The house wasn’t really dirty, but it was heavily cluttered. Except for the daughter’s room, where everything was still as she had left it. The friend encouraged the mother to ask for help, and she did. Her other friends and her daughter’s friends (including me) all showed up and helped her clean. We continued to help her with simple tasks until she was sure she could manage them on her own again. It’s been almost 7 years, and we are all still in touch and meet every once in a while. She pulled through, and we couldn’t be more proud of her. Thank you for helping Susan, Auri. I hope she and her family will recover as much as possible after something as unfathomable as losing a child.
I have a housekeeper help me once a month and she loves clean like you, Auri! I’m always extremely grateful for her. I have a family of 5, homeschool and have my own business based out of my home so I need all the help I can get!
It's not surprising that Susan hasn't been able to cope with taking care of the house. I hope she's doing better now. My cousin's little boy had leukemia but he was fortunate enough to survive it and get better, but he was still very ill for a long time.
Wonderful job Auri! My first child would be 39 now, it is a hard road. I was blessed with two other children, and now a grandchild! I hope Susan can find happiness in her life. Thank you for helping her Auri and thank you for this video.😘
You're amazing Auri, you have no idea if my excitement when you post a new video. Dont understand people commenting about you not buying a new mattress? I and your other followers here who have commented understand what you do and how much you do already for people who need help. You change lives by cleaning homes that would never get cleaned without your help.
This stab*ed me in the heart extra. My late 3 yr old birthday is in 5 days… he would’ve been 4. I’ve lost him to undiagnosed cancer last July. It’s like a tidal wave every other day, some days you can’t breathe and feel like your drowning, or feel like you have no purpose or why me? It’s hard finding happiness when your happiness was your child. I just cleaned his grave yard today new flowers are growing I’ve planted a rose bush I was by myself talking to him most of the time I was there…I just hope he knows how much I miss him and how I’m the only one who truly loves him because no one else in my family or his dads cares enough to do things like that. To make SURE he is never forgotten.
I was bought up a Christian, and when I was watching this I was remembering Christs words, ‘Love your neighbour as yourself’ You are truly doing his will. god bless you Auri.
Auri- Thank you for helping Susan & bringing awareness to childhood cancer. I too lost my child to cancer & was divorced within a couple years of losing him. It has been 14 years & it is still very difficult. The anxiety has been crippling at times, but I do my best to push on. I pray Susan will find the strength she needs.
I do feel very sorry for people that's going through what she has went through I don't want to have to live that way. But you did a amazing job on this God bless you 🙏❤️
Life is very unfair. Losing your child is the worst thing imaginable. I'm glad Susan asked you to help her, the first step to recovery. Her apartment now looks amazing and I hope she will find the strength to continue.
When I was young I would watch hoarders and other severe homecleaning cases and I didn't understand how someone could live like that and let it get so severe. Years later, I moved into my own place and got severe depression. My place got very messy and I neglected to clean. Luckaly I got help before it got as severe as the folks in Auri's videos, but I finally understood how it could get to that point.
This is amazing. I love your videos. I recently moved into my own apartment finally and you're such an inspiration for me to keep it nice and clean despite struggling with my mental health.
I personally know what it is to have not one but two children die. Susan needs counselling in order to move forward. Couples often separate after the death of a child. I’m thankful my husband and I will be celebrating 60 years married in May. A couple has to grieve together and also alone if that makes sense. I pray Susan will get back on her feet and get a job she loves.
Auri you are the best!! How you transform not only these people apartments but their lives too!! It's truly amazing to be able to watch this transformation.
Beautiful job, Auri ❤ I know this lady's life will never be the same. It's a pain that one must learn to function and live with as a part of them. Because the pain of loss just doesn't ever truly go away. 💔 I hope that her acceptance of your help this time and the transformation you made for her will mark a turning point and that she will begin to make little changes along the way to improve her living condition. You're a legendary cleaner, Auri, with such a compassionate and caring heart. ❤ Blessings to you as you continue to give such blessings to others 🙏
You are an amazing human. As someone who has struggled with my mental health I totally understand how houses get like this. You give these people hope and I know you’ve made a massive impact on them and will give them a boost to getting better. ❤
it’s so satisfying to watch you clean dirty homes/apartments! I love seeing the before and after pictures in the end! you’re a great cleaner! awesome work auri! 😊👍🏼
You're a miracle worker. Losing a child must be heartbreaking. I'm so sorry that she had to go through a dark time in her life. God bless her and stay strong.
I've been watching a lot of your videos and I just wanna say how awesome it is to see there are still beautiful human beings in the world that are willing to help those who are going through chaos in their life!
I wonder if you have foam toppers for the beds there in Finland? You can get them in 2 inches or 3 inch thick foams to lay on top of the mattress. They make your bed so comfy. We can find them at many stores here in the US but if you have a store like Walmart I would try there. As always auri….you always do an amazing job🌺

Susan needs to go to a grief support group and counseling for depression. I say this with love and as a fellow nurse. You can’t keep giving to others if your cup is empty and broken. ❤
I want you to know that your videos do help and make a difference. Finding you has helped me get out of my overwhelming mess and I’m so thankful for that❤

I'd love to see how the owners react and behave when they see how their places are changed😊😊😊
You're amazing Auri, you have no idea if my excitement when you post a new video. Dont understand people commenting about you not buying a new mattress? I and your other followers here who have commented understand what you do and how much you do already for people who need help. You change lives by cleaning homes that would never get cleaned without your help.
Beautiful job Auri. Poor woman losing a child. I can't even imagine.
My prayers to her and you are a blessing to be helping people in need.
Auri, you are kind, empathetic and compassionate. Thank you for the help and hope you pass along ⚘💜
You’re a amazing person. With a kind heart , understanding for people in need of help . God bless you 🙏🏻❤️
This stab*ed me in the heart extra.
But you did a amazing job on this God bless you 🙏❤️
Losing a child is painful shaime even the one you didn’t even get to meet. A lot of love from 🇿🇦♥️♥️♥️
Life is very unfair.
I feel so sorry for Susan, I couldn't imagine losing a child. Thank you for helping her. I wish her lots of love and light 💕
I'm super surprised with all the food there were not roaches. Amazing job as usual Auri! 💛💛💛
Roaches are not that common in Finland, mainly due to the level of hygiene and how the buildings are heated
...And the relatively cool and dry climate!
All the best for you Susan, you are strong and always be happy, don’t forget that you have a wonderful boy🩵 Jack God bless him❤️
we get it Susan. we understand. and it's ok. that's why God gave us Auri.
What a terrible situation that poor lady found herself in. All of my Love and strength to her as she moves forward from a lovely clean base now💚
I cant't. You're a pure soul. Thank you for helping these people.
Good clean home ! I love the fruit in the basket touch🤗
You're a miracle worker. Losing a child must be heartbreaking. I'm so sorry that she had to go through a dark time in her life. God bless her and stay strong.
I hope Susan gets the help she needs
Oh gosh, I can't imagine the pain this woman and her family have gone through. I wish her really all the best ❤
And you are always a champ, Aurii
I've been watching a lot of your videos and I just wanna say how awesome it is to see there are still beautiful human beings in the world that are willing to help those who are going through chaos in their life!
I wonder if you have foam toppers for the beds there in Finland? You can get them in 2 inches or 3 inch thick foams to lay on top of the mattress. They make your bed so comfy. We can find them at many stores here in the US but if you have a store like Walmart I would try there. As always auri….you always do an amazing job🌺
We have them in Europe, but not everyone likes it. I do hate them, and always take them off (when I'm sleeping somewhere where they are on the bed).
It is amazing to me how people can live. You did a great job. Godoy bless.
This poor woman has been through so much, my heart goes out to her 😢 i hope she gets 🙏 better soon.
You did a wonderful job Auri!
another fine Video from you Auri. your spirit is so contagious. Enjoy every post you put out and your shorts too.
You’re doing a great job. So detailed. Love how you coiled the water drain plug neatly from the bathroom sink. ❤
This is so sad, I can't imagine the pain she felt, this story brought me to tears
My heart goes to Susan😢 I lost my first son six years ago and it destroyed me... I almost lost my self in grief😥 It is so difficult to do anything in those moments... even to wash a dish can be a big effort😮💨
Auri you are amazing and the world would need more people like you - pure soul❤😊
Heartbreaking. I hope your kindness gives Susan the help she needs to move in a positive direction.
You are an angel helping these desperate people - god bless you ❤
Susan needs to go to a grief support group and counseling for depression. I say this with love and as a fellow nurse. You can’t keep giving to others if your cup is empty and broken. ❤
That is absolutely so very true!
❤Auri you are an amazing cleaning angel and a true inspiration for us all!❤
Helping such people is a priceless work. I too love helping any living being even a man or an animal as i have...❤❤❤❤❤
I want you to know that your videos do help and make a difference. Finding you has helped me get out of my overwhelming mess and I’m so thankful for that❤
You are every sweet person. You do everything in these homes 🏡 how can anyone say you should buy things in the house. I love ❤️ your kindness and your work 💗. 💗 my angel 😇.
She is depressed with loss, this is outcome due to it. Thanks allot for helping this lady. She needs help from better help too. Her eldest kid is safe in the hands of his father Hopefully. Kudos to you aurii. Well done !
I love to watch you on Sunday. God bless you!!
Good Afternoon everybody. X
Actually the place isn't so bad! Hope Susan starts to feel better, never the same but with some light in her heart⚘💜
That was incredibly satisfying to watch!! The very best of luck to Susan.
Prayers going out to her.
I love your work and attitude and all you do!! Only thing that I really wish you would address! Your braids!!
They are beautiful! But please tie them back out of the filth that you brilliantly clean for these poor souls who have such tragic circumstances. ❤
It's not your obligation to by new mattresses or sheets for the people you're helping. You are giving them a major leg up on a major problm as it is. It is good for them to have to help themselves. It will increase their self esteem.
Losing a child is definitely the hardest thing you can imagine I have and it’s been 15 years and it still hurts!
So sad story 😭 I hope this woman will be strong ❤️
