All of the professional voice teachers who have reacted to AJ over the years have been astonished at her abilities and find it difficult to describe her because they have never experienced anyone like her. First let me say South Africa is my favorite country to visit, I have family there in Joburg and Cape Town, and I love going on safaris. From right to left, you have Angelina’s grandmother, her biggest fan and greatest influence, her mother, her sister Juliette, and her uncle who is her manager. Angelina is a prodigy, and can sing any genre of music, but her favorite is Jazz. You should watch all 4 of her Norway’s Got Talent performances, the one with subtitles, when she was 7-8 years old, she is astounding. This has to be close to the best "singing competition" live performance in history. Somehow she pulls out her very best in front of huge audiences and manages to do it without a shred of nerves or diminished execution.
An absolute MASTERPIECE performance. Angelina hasn't been officially marketed yet (family decision) but when that day comes and the millions of people who haven't discovered her yet come aboard, I believe this video will be viewed more times than any other video ever recorded. 100 million? No sweat. How many beyond that, who knows. Mr Body Builder, many of us have heard this well over 1,000 times and, you know what, we still get excited every time we see her sing it. And, the extra joy we get is when we watch reactors like you realize even before the song is over that you are watching and listening to something incredible. And, she delivers it to a worldwide audience with no visible signs of nervousness. Her stage presence and poise are always present and I always get the feeling she is singing 'for us'. Angelina basically won with her 1st audition song in Norway's Got Talent. With the additional songs she was just piling more recognition. Everybody says "wow!" and get goosebumps with Angelina. her vibrato and vocal fries are a thing of beauty. Her low register is unique... nobody sangs lows like Angelina.

AGT Champions were desperate to have Angelina for this second show, so her manager, maternal uncle Michael Astar, negotiated a “no contract - at all” participation. The entire show (40 artists) was recorded in less than a week at the end of October 2019, and ran Jan/Feb 2020. After BoRhap, she got the golden buzzer from Heidi and went straight to the final, where she sang Yellow Brick Road, again to a standing ovation. The voting panel, all 50 of them, plus the 4 judges, did not give her enough votes to even get her in the top 5 (out of 10). Caused an absolute uproar on social media.
The top 5 sign with Simon. No ifs ands or buts. They knew that going in and used it for the exposure. She lost to Marcelito Pomoy, which kept her out of the top 5. Hahahahaha.
She is a full package artist, not only a special voice. Her whole performance inclusive the small talk at the beginning, her self made cloth, her barefoot story, her arrangement skills and song choices are all her way to impress the audience with full emotions. She learned it very early with her final song of Summertime at NGT. All Norwegians love the summer and felt with her. So she won a landslide victory with 46% of all audiences votes. But AGT has a freaky rule with only 50 so called Superfans. She could not win these fans but won the hearts of the real audience

Thanks, great reaction to watch again. AGT Champions were desperate to have Angelina for this second show, so her manager, maternal uncle Michael Astar, negotiated a “no contract - at all” participation. The entire show (40 artists) was recorded in less than a week at the end of October 2019, and ran Jan/Feb 2020. After BoRhap, she got the golden buzzer from Heidi and went straight to the final, where she sang Yellow Brick Road, again to a standing ovation. The voting panel, all 50 of them, plus the 4 judges, did not give her enough votes to even get her in the top 5 (out of 10). Caused an absolute uproar on social media.
The top 5 sign with Simon. No ifs ands or buts. They knew that going in and used it for the exposure. She lost to Marcelito Pomoy, which kept her out of the top 5. Hahahahaha.
She is a full package artist, not only a special voice. Her whole performance inclusive the small talk at the beginning, her self made cloth, her barefoot story, her arrangement skills and song choices are all her way to impress the audience with full emotions.
She learned it very early with her final song of Summertime at NGT. All Norwegians love the summer and felt with her. So she won a landslide victory with 46% of all audiences votes.
But AGT has a freaky rule with only 50 so called Superfans. She could not win these fans but won the hearts of the real audience

Great reaction. Heidi gave her the Golden Buzzer but she did not win. Many believe because she would not sign any contracts which is pretty much a must. Angelina and her family would not do it but the show desperately wanted her to appear that they finally relented and almost begged to get her on the show. First, and foremost; Angelina was not on that show to win. This was quite simply to promote and expose the US public to this prodigy that comes along maybe once in a generation. I am sure America’s Got Talent was paid well by her production company, or Republic Records who had signed her.
