The interviewer was talking about. After the Brody's incidents, the landscape of wrestling changed permanently. A lot of American wrestlers that couldn't get a job from the WWF or WCW, had either retired shortly after or wrestled on the Indies for a couple of years then retired shortly after that incident. It was that bad. That's how ECW came about and the rest of the world of wrestling changed forever.

How could a jury justify it as self defense when the crime was premeditated....invadee had that large knife Outright murder.
I don't believe this was a jury trial. Can't say for certain because in Puerto Rico it's not a common law country but a hybrid of common and civil law one except at the Public level. So it depends if the goverment sued Invader or if it was the family of Brody.
@@Epsilonsama well Dutch said the jury deliberated 45 minutes, why I mentioned the jury. I've heard bad stories about the justice system in Puerto Rico from friends of mine that went there with the military back in the day.
What nobody wants to discuss is the great degree of anti-"gringo" racism that exists in Puerto Rico both then and now. Their justice system is hopelessly biased against the evil American.

Brody and Invader were riding together all week according to what Tony Atlas and Dutch said. Brody and Dutch were both sitting in front of the hotel waiting for a ride from Invader again the day he was murdered but he was late so they rode with Tony Atlas. When Tony, Brody and Dutch got to the building Invader was already there sitting in a huddle with Carlos. I believe the reason Invader didn't show up that day to give Brody and Dutch a ride to the show was because Carlos Colon and Invader arranged for Brody to be killed either at the hotel or on the way to the building by hired thugs. Who knows what they would have done with Dutch .

I’m from puesto Rico and conspiracy theories says that Abdula knew what was going to happen and another thing Dutch keeps coming to Puerto Rico and it crazy to me how Dutch left the lookers room right before the tragedy and Dutch became the booker after that too. I think to many people where making great money and they where afraid that Brody was going jeopardize the business in Puerto Rico.
I'm from P R. as a kid I followed and love Bruiser Brody. His death on the hands of Jose Gonzalez. Everyone knew Gonzalez was guilty but a corrupted police department and P R. judicial system. Let the guilty one go home. Shame on them. Gonzalez must be close to78-80 old now. Wow!
