I think c section overrides blindfold cause it comes out of the womb, not like tears that come out of the eyes. It's either a neat little detail or an oversight by the blindfold developer.
Honestly I think C secrion might be treated as "every baby is an entity that spawn in front if your face" so is not firing
as someone who had my first C-Section appear on a blindfolded challenge, I can confirm that this must have been a detail that was added in cause I can assure you it did not work when I had it-

Same challenge but no item rooms, no spawning bombs with commands, gulped match stick and safety scissors. Start with Pyro. If you run out of bombs you loose. For an extra difficult challenge, only dealing damage with bombs/bomb effects.
Instead of Pyro, get Bomb Detonator instead
7:53 in situations like that you can drop your consumables, pick them back up and run through the item during the pickup animation without paying.

I think the best way to make this work would be to use Da Rules to replace all player-spawned rockets with Giga Rockets, have it copy the angle, then give yourself Dr. Fetus and Rocket in a Jar. At least, that's how I would do it, since it would make stat ups actually work.

You should try this challenge with all the bomb upgrades, and no item rooms (although you can check, and if its bomb immunity you can take it, kr however you wanna rule it) also instead of spawning in bombs, possibly try it with gulped safety scissors/ matchstick for more bombs? With one of the bomb items you would start with 99 anyways.
Ngl a cool idea could be make the remote detonator your pocket active make and put every bomb upgrade in a random wheel and spin it each time it get an item and select the upgrade you get(to make the challenge not boring as hell)
What can be fun with this challenge, is a gulped NO! for avoiding any kind of actives when heavily modded
I don't know if you completely forgot, but you went over how yhe Finger was activating the Chance Based Fortune Cookie Tears and then ditched the much more powerful Chance based Doom Effect of the Toy Piano.

Hey Hutts, consider getting the "Visible Fortunes" mod. It makes them a bit transparent! It's a nice qol mod. Also helps with leftover takeout ;)

I thought finger takes on and uses all tear effects especially since it was procking the fortune cookies which was a tear effect so holy light and the toy piano would have been God tier with fast damage being dealy

Ok I'm just gonna chime in w that Red Key comment, no, it didn't "fall off" ANY and I mean ANY item that can gamebreak a run like AlbinoVevo does is immediately peak, any item generators or stuff that can reroll said items generated, is peak, Red Key can generate secret pool items and can give stuff like R key so its like one of those very strong game breakers.
Red Key is still peak.
