Thank you both so much. Clear to follow video, I had to put two screws into opposite corners, I also used silicone spray that already had and it work a treat. Superb tip...
However we have fixed the blind, saving a packet.

Good tip about the silicone grease, I’ve used silicone spray bit reckon the grease would be a better option. Thanks from Australia 👍
