Being in Southern France they have been affected by very strong UV over the years and I''ve already replaced the large Heki twice because they just crack and I've also replaced the 4 mini Heki's once. The only water ingress I've had was after a freak storm where the wind blew rain water underneath the large Heki and through the rubber seal. Oh, I've just remembered, I lost a mini Heki in Spain and although we were stationery and it was open at its minimum setting a very strong gust of wind ripped it off the roof and deposited it 50 metres away! Oh the joys of being a Camping cariste as we are called out here. I'm now in the process of replacing the two 110 a/hr leisure batteries buried deep within the double floor of the van.
