Sharnae you looked so beautiful at your wedding! I cried when you and Jimmy read your vows to each other, they were so sweet. I loved watching you on the show, you're so funny and kind! I like your Dwight hoodie, Jimmy!
I just wanted to say thanks for doing LOTS and this TH-cam channel! I’m neurotypical and my wife is on the spectrum, so watching all of you has really helped my wife and I learn how to understand each other better. Cheers!
I'm 31, and recently found out I am autistic. Just finished binge watching Love on the Spectrum, it was nice to see how people like me get on. I especially loved you both, y'all are kind and genuine. I enjoy crafting, singing, speed cubing (although I'm only sub 3), and video games. I think we could be great friends. I look forward to new videos that you post.
You guys were my absolute highlight of watching both seasons. You’re both awesome ambassadors for understanding autism. I love and admire how supportive you both are with each other, helping ‘translate’ things when the other one doesn’t understand. I love that you’re doing TH-cam vids, but also kinda Hope someone offers for you to do your own reality tv show following your story. It would be an awesome way to extend what awareness you have to share about autism and life in general. The top thing I appreciated about you both as humans (not just with autism but in general), is that you unapologetically express yourselves raw & real, your authenticity is inspiring for all types of people watching. Thank you for being on the show and can’t wait to see where your journeys take you. All the best!!!
Please do not stop these videos. They are helping me (a mom who's 3 year old was diagnosed with ASD) understand my baby boy a lot more. He is considered high functioning but he's non verbal and extremely picky when it comes to food, he's also quite sensitive to certain actions and smells. Do you have any advice when it comes to picky eating?? Keep up the great videos! 👍
Still living for you two, sharnae my husband cried during our vows too it’s so sweet you made me cry watching you, but I’m baby like that! Lol love watching you together!
You guys are really helping me. I am the parent of an autistic adult. We didn't understand or know about his Aperger's when he was growing up but now so many things make sense! Your explanation of masking in this episode really helped me. I realized that I should never expect that mask in front of me. We are learning so much. I need Autism Ambassadors! Thank you.
Love you two. I hope to see more recent videos. I just watched the Australian version! Just fell in love with your relationship with each other. Not even sure you’ll see this message since this video is a year old.
I wish you both the best of the best forever. You're both awesome. I'm an autistic man and it's great to have a connection (being on the same autistic wavelength) with other autistic people even if you never meet them. I believe autistic people are linked together in a way that NT people are not. I think it's great that you have your channels which help advocate for autistic people. I'm doing my part with my own TH-cam channel. Every little bit helps. Thank you again.
Hey guys! Jimmy I think you would be a fantastic OT! I’m a director of rehab and speech language pathologist for a transitional care unit in the United States and so I manage a team of OTs and PTs and you definitely have the energy and drive to be successful in the field! Best of luck to you! Sharnae you look beautiful as always ♥️
You make a beautiful couple! I am on the spectrum and so is my husband. We‘ve just had a newborn daughter together too! Not many people know we have autism unless we tell them and assume we’re neurotypical, because we are both high functioning. Thank you for putting your relationship on screen for the world to see and for helping to break stereotypes centered around people on the spectrum. Your wedding brought tears to my eyes. I cried so much when you exchanged your heartfelt vows. You two are the best! I wish you many more years of love and happiness.
I think any questions you ask will be awesome! I think the love that you have for each other and the kindness and patience you have with each other, rise far above any thing anyone in the world would want to have With their special person in their life. I hope the two of you live long and have a lovely life. I have watched your beautiful love story online, and I could not help but hope for more great things to happen in your lives. You are too special people. I am glad I got to watch you and a little about you on the television. I hope you’ll come back for season three. Sincerely, P.
You guys are so inspiring, you have no idea! I have such deep love for you two. I’m on the spectrum too and I was so happy to discover your profiles last year on love on the spectrum because my autism is very similar to yours and your story resonated with me so much. I shed a lot of tears witnessing the beautiful and strong bound and love you both share for each other. It’s so hard to find people who truly understand you and love you for who you are, especially being on the spectrum. I never had the chance to be in such an understanding and respectful relationship like yours and it moved me so much to witness that it is possible. Also, I was very happy to finally feel represented on the screen. I’m French so excuse my far from perfect English by the way 😅 in France, autism is still far from being understood and known by the doctors and I was diagnosed very late (at about 31 years old only). My diagnosis changed my life so much, in so many positive ways. Lots of love to you guys, and congratulations on your wedding, I cried a lot during this episode! Hahaha Warm regards from France Léa
It‘s so great to see you both here! I’m really happy you created a space to present and be yourself just in the way you feel comfortable :) and dang, you both are so cute, smart, funny (and hella attractive)! A real inspiration
I just discovered Love on the spectrum 🤗 a bit late i know hihi but i love it ☺ and special you two ❤ omg you both are soooo amazing and cute and funny 😘 you both made me often cry in the series sooo pure and real wow !!! I wish you both the very best for the future and Thank you so much for beeing on this planet ☺ love you guys! Greetz Jessica from the Netherlands🤗
Thank you for answering the question about pool in Vegas. You did great!! Awesome job, you are so good at it, keep it up 😀 Also thank you for sharing your world, with the world, there is so much I think people don't understand about autism and those dumb questions are because people simply need to be educated which I feel your videos help with. Like one of the other castmates said autism is unique like a fingerprint. You both are so perfect for each other. Keep the videos coming 😀
Sharnae is so beautiful! ❤ I'd love to hear more about her hobbies in the future! 🎵🎶🎧🎤 I watched seasons 1 and 2, and saw the wedding today. I haven't cried like that in so long, I was sobbing and ugly crying 😭 such a beautiful wedding!!! My doctor says I am Autistic, but a diagnosis is very expensive and not worthwhile. I am poor and think otherwise, I think it'd be good for myself to have a diagnosis even if it's just for myself. I won't get one for a long while yet, but it's a goal. Thanks Jimmy for the words of advice!
Thank you for sharing! These videos are brilliant! They're very important for us to get a full view of real life on the spectrum. You guys are C00l. Best wishes from NYC ☆
Love you guys soo soo much! I just found this TH-cam channel, and I absolutely love that you’re spreading information on autism. I will definitely follow you. PS: I smiled so much when watching the final episode with your wedding that my cheeks hurt. And a couple tears ran as well, not gonna lie. Keep it up😁🌻
You guys! Thank you so much for sharing your love & your story. I missed your Q&A but I did have more questions about your experiences growing up. My daughter is 5 and received her ASD diagnosis almost 2 years ago. We’re so lucky because we have gotten to employ interventions at such an early age and have been able to adjust our parenting strategies to be more beneficial for someone who is on the spectrum. That being said, I’m not sure how to differentiate when certain behaviors my daughter exhibits require a more stern parenting approach or when they’re just characteristics of being autistic. I want to set her up for success (teaching her how to manage difficult emotions, be flexible in times of unpredictability, & ultimately to be respectful and kind) but it’s hard to know when to push/encourage vs when to let up. Sharnae, I would love to hear about your experiences growing up since you received your diagnoses at an early age as well. I also had a few more random thoughts and questions: 1) Do you find media and shows like the Good Doctor, Atypical, The Other Sister to be problematic depictions of someone with ASD? 2) Are there any taboos that one should know to be an ally of the Autistic community? 3) Is there any support/gadgets/advice/experiences that you received or been exposed to as an adult with ASD that has made navigating a neurotypical society even easier? This was so long. Thanks guys!
You guys are awesome sauce. True inspiration for the world. Jimmy, you should teach pool at your local pool hall ($60 an hour) in the interim until college starts. Sharne can be your pool ambassador while making people’s day. :)
I love this channel! You guys are a very sweet couple :) Funny coincidence: my cousin is named Jimmy and lives in Australia and is autistic. My family thinks you two are awesome and loved your episodes on the show
Greetings from Spain. I'm also on the spectrum, and it seemed curious to me that in the video of the sensory you didn't talk about smell. I have a very developed sense of smell. I have read that synesthesia is very common in autism, do you both have any? I can see and touch the smells, smell what I touch with any part of my skin and I can touch the sound a little. Another question I have is whether you have suffered any kind of discrimination due to autism. A big hello, I'm glad to meet someone who has gone through the same thing as me. 😊
I was sad because season 2 was over but now it's like we have bonus episodes of the series! 😁 Thanks for the videos!!!
Sharnae you looked so beautiful at your wedding! I cried when you and Jimmy read your vows to each other, they were so sweet. I loved watching you on the show, you're so funny and kind! I like your Dwight hoodie, Jimmy!
It wasn't an ugly cry Shanae , it was the sweetest most beautiful cry I've ever seen and I joined you, so take it back ;)

Love to you both! Did you make it to Los Angeles after the wedding?
Yay!!!
Great video. Thank you for this :)
Did you meet Micheal and what was he like?
I'm neurotypical and am ignorant to what the term masking means specifically
You my Favourite Couples

It looks like you have Dwight in prison
I really think if u have a girl u should name her Crystal 🤣
10:43 Really?
Jimmy, can you start saying “specifically” instead of “pacificly”?
When we’re you comfortable with each other to have sex?
Yay!!!
