This was SO helpful! I am a great worker, but terrible at interviewing. I get so nervous and everything just comes out of my mouth as gibberish. I am going to school to be a medical receptionist and will most certainly come back to this video before I start interviewing! Thank you!!

This was really helpful, i have a teams interview on friday and i am really nervous as i have not had an interview for years. Currently working in a job role within customer service and want to branch out into a job that gives me career progression. Any suggestions for someone going into medical secretary role from a booking administrator for a large surveying firm? Have worked as a waitress and a floor supervisor in a restaurant previously too so have lots of experience in customer service :)
