    My favourite dance is Bhangra
    I could not like exercises but this type of exercise I like too much ❤ I loved your steps of Bhangra
    And guys can you realise I do it for 3 month. And I can reduce 3 kg fat🎉.. I m very happy with this type of workout ... I like it very very much 😊😊❤❤ in the first week I couldn't do 3 rounds
    But 1st day I only do 2 rounds... But after some time I could do all the 3 rounds ....with proper diet....😊😊

    I did about 20 minutes of this workout and I was sweating. This is really helpful. I’m gonna slowly increase the time and do the whole thing twice which will make it one hour approximately.

    I’m a dancer and love working out and this combines them both but also teaches me a new style as well I think this is awesome keep up the great work. I also completed this workout and will be coming back to do it again!!!!

    Haven't done one of these dance in YEARS but it felt so good ...getting back into this in my 40s is a bit more challenging than my early 30s but I can't sit when that beat is calling me!

    From today i'll follow this workout dance for next 30 days . Today its 10 July, 23 and i'll go for it till 10 August, 23.
    I'll update you guys everyday...
    First day : It was good. But i didn't found any difference. I do it in morning. It is quite difficult for dancing continuously for beginners..like me... But still i do my best...

      That’s not possible. You need to burn 7700 calories to loose one kg. But your weight can generally vary between 1-2 kgs everyday and that’s what happened to you

    This was a lot of fun. I hit every move pretty hard but I'm not sure if I burned 600 calories. Loved the moves especially the kicking one in the last set of moves.

    Okay listen,
    When I saw this thinking that I'll do it, it was fun.
    When I was doing it today for the first 13 minutes, woahhhh a lot fun.
    And now after the second 1 min break, dude my shoulders are dead, and I can't feel my leg, and finally it's done and I'm all sweaty but heyyyy... You just rocked my world. This was amazing and it moves your whole body, yeahhhh try this you're gonna sweaty thank me later.
