  • I am back with another workout routine. And I decided to do something different for this one. Most people have this misconception that you need to workout for hours to lose weight. It's been scientifically proven that's not the case. All you need is the right exercises that challenge you enough and get your muscles feeling the burn. So I designed this 6-6-6 style full body workout on 6 different Punjabi songs to help you lose weight at home.
    Here's the workout breakdown:
    6 Minutes: Lower Body Workout
    6 Minutes: Upper Body Workout
    6 Minutes: Core Workout
    I have used the following songs to make this workout fun for you to do, and help you ignore the pain you will feel during the workout. No pains, no gains :-)

    The best part about the bhangrafit video is that one enjoys loosing calories. In other workout videos they are already lean, zero figure and so it's obvious that they can perform cardios with much ease than ones sitting at home and trying copying them. Your body type is natural, you haven't painted it in zero size first, so it gives that zeal to go along with you. For other videos one tends to chuck them after 5-10 mins, with you it's like I can go for hours !!!!

      It is very hard to predict calorie expenditure in this workout. Just do the workout, and stop worrying about calories. You can't count calories for the rest of your life :-)
