Thanks for this! I'm blind, having extremely poor vision, and your video was descriptive enough that I think I can do this. Thanks to other descriptive TH-cam videos, I've learned how to remove the front and rear tires for not only my bike, but also my boys' bikes.
My oldest son evidently ran over some goat heads with his bike, and I'm trying to do what I can to fix things on my own since I can't afford to pay someone else to do it. Videos like this are a huge help to me, much more than I can say. Thanks again!

It really works! .. I got home today and was looking at my tires and I found a 'Goat's Head' thorn sticking in my front bicycle tire. I pulled it out and of course it started leaking air! So I quickly flipped my bike upside down and started spinning the tire to hopefully get the slime to seal the leak.. and it did! About 30 seconds later the leak had stopped and I ended up losing only about 30 PSI of my tires pressure. Filled it back up with my pump and it is holding steady with no more leaking.

I might have to try that since I had this inside my hybrid scooter ebike's bike wheel (it uses normal bicycle tires with inner tubes), and it only worked for about two weeks before completely stopped working. The bottle said that this can work up to two years, that is definitely NOT two years but more like two weeks.

No, you want the valve on the upper half to allow the slime to run down to the bottom of the tube. Having the valve at the bottom, gravity will cause the slime to exert a force back through the stem. However, I definitely wouldn't have the stem straight up at the twelve-o'clock position, more like the 2 or 10 position.
