This video is very useful, because teachers normally tend to go straight to the reading forgetting these stages.

The student's ability to learn reading relies on three crucial stages. These stages include pre-reading, where visual aids and basic questions prepare the reader for a new text. While reading, combining listening with reading enhances fluency skills. Lastly, post-reading involves providing feedback by asking questions about the text, reinforcing comprehension.

The video was easy to understand and very helpful. I think we all need to be clear about what we are reading and why we are reading it.

For those who ask about the name of the book from which he presented the reading material, it's called "Oxford Metro". It took me some time to look it up, yet it is the Introduction for this video :)
