This house is amazing one of your best. The front entrance is perfect for my style and the back yard is great for Miami toys. However I would take out that bamboo tree and install a fish tank 2 stories because why not. I love a house with water everywhere for me that is peace and home. I also like the art piece in the bedroom but I would paint the whole wall with that design.
This Keystone Island mansion is a beautiful design contemporary mansion. I like the outside garages, the waterfall, and the wood-covered entrance in the front of the mansion. I like the foyer overlooking the pool and the Intracoastal. The wood staircase is a piece of art. The bamboo tree that goes from the first floor to the second floor is a nature lover's dream. I like the living room with the bamboo tree at the center and wall space to hang paintings. The quartz countertop kitchen is awesome. The dining room has a nice view of the water. I like the master bathroom that has a flatbed and pendant lights. I would have rearranged the bed to face the window. I like the master bathroom with the glass shower, gold faucets, and floating tub. The Infiniti pool with the second-floor waterfall is fantastic. In the fifth room, I will rather have the $100 paintings instead of the furniture. I think the concrete rooftop will allow the mansion owner to add if they desire a third floor in the future.

Hi luca Thankyou for the question and comment. Each coastal area in south Florida has gone through zoning changes which has made the seawalls much higher to combat rising sea levels for at least 40-50 years.
