I had seen a short video of this home but not in the depth that you showed it which is one of the reasons I subscribed to your channel. You do an amazing job showing these properties and one can really get a feel of what it's like to live there. Wow, I am amazed, this is one of the most beautiful mansion I have ever seen. The architect that design that mansion was very good. I like the great room with the glass wall that allowed people to see the yacht floating in the Intracoastal sea. I like the white Thalos marble. I like the dining room, I like the white marble and brown cabinet kitchen. the glass door elevator is awesome. I like the master bedroom, I like the master bathroom with the freestanding tub and the nice view of the Intracoastal. I like the fact that all the bedrooms have views of the Intracoastal. I like the half-covered big rooftop, on a nice cool breezy night, a person can sleep on the rooftop. I like the beautiful pool, the gray marble patio, and the 80 ft yacht deck. This is a very nice and professionally made video with multiple angles, bird eyes view, and nice music. Peter, you are elegant in a red and blue suit, Gucci loafers and a Rolex watch.

Hello Peter, This Mega Mansion in Southern Florida is magnificent , Fort Lauderdale F.L. is beautiful I went for vacation before to Fort Lauderdale. The Great Room The Fireplace The Family Room are beautiful, The kitchen design is nice, The Outdoor Sitting and Dining Areas The Outdoor kitchen and the Heated Resort Style Pool is amazing to spend time with family or friends., The Guess Bedroom Office is perfect , The Master Bedroom is Beautiful with a balcony , The Third floor Rooftop Watching the Ocean View is amazing 🤍🏝🌊🛥 I enjoy watching this video.

If I'm being honest, I've always preferred the master bedroom on the first floor. It's more convenient and easier on the knees, but that elevator dispelled that concern immediately, and it goes very well with the tone of the house. But I also have a question about it. What's the maintenance like? Is it a yearly thing? and Does it need to be provided by a company that specializes in in-house elevators?...

There is no doubt this a beautiful home and infinitely better then my humble abode. However I am somewhat conflicted. I'll use the outdoor space at the rear as an example. Plenty of space and the view is unreal. What conflicts me is that you have no privacy. The speed at which the boats and jetski go by, you might as well overlook the motorway (freeway). Did you see the wake splash up and over onto the patio? What in not conflicted about is what an awesome job Peter does with these videos. Bravo sir 👏
