I swear I was just walking to my car and saw this same car. The paint is quite nice. Enough to get me to pause and get a good look. I also thought if only it has a little bite under the hood. Thank WTF.
It’s okay under the hood but yeah, this is perfect for someone that wants a great looking and comfortable car without paying too much. It performs fine but If you’re looking for something with good or great performance, I’d unfortunately look elsewhere 👍🏼
Get the SV trim with premium upgrade, the black & brown interior is a better and classier look than the all-black interior of the SR trim. Swap out the headlight halogen bulbs for LEDs It's what I did, with all upgrade options besides the illuminated footwell for OTD of $26k a few months back
Gotta say the optional 8 speaker Bose is really not that impressive, I've listened to most upgrade sound systems in the segment and the Sentra's is quite an underwhelming unit.
@@dcrgamer9668 I'll be saving a little money by releasing with Nissan but I did lease quotes for both and the Forte in GT trim with GT2 package is somehow still more affordable than the Nissan Sentra which is nuts.
@@Joeblo-i9c the only thing Sentra SR has over the GT is the exterior design. After that it's all downhill. Even the SR with premium trim vs the GT with GT2 trim it is not coming close. What kills me the most? The interior roof of the Sentra looking like a rental car with the ugly beige material. The GT looks as good outside, is better inside, has 50+ More HP, has better screen, nicer cabib, has DCT vs CVT, has a better sport mode with PADDLE SHIFTERS vs a hardly recognizable "sport" button, has a better warranty, the list goes on. Did I mention the lease quotes are cheaper?
If it had a 4cyl turbo they would sell like hotcakes. The only thing holding it back is the engine, good looking design. But,of course,it would take sales away from the more expensive altima models.
You know Nissan is in bad shape as a company when they update headlights, but still can't get them past the poor rating the IIHS gave them for 2024. Not even marginal rating, let alone acceptable or good. They are currently selling their lot vehicles for over 10% off msrp, which means someone is taking a loss. Nissan out of everyone is unlikely to make it past 2030.
I’d agree, but at least Nissan still sells affordable vehicles that aren’t exclusively turbocharged or hybrids if not both. Meaning after the “reputation of reliability” that other Japanese manufacturers have created in the last decade or 2 expires, which looks like that day is coming sooner or later, leaves us with exclusively Nissan, Subaru, or Mitsubishi for a naturally aspirated, reliable Japanese made vehicle 👍🏼
PS Nissan isn’t going anywhere, these posts that say they’ll be gone by such and such year are silliness.
Just got it as my first car today for 30,900 Out the door with the premium package! Amazing car feels great!
They've made some great improvements in the 2024!
Man I had a Sentra years ago in college, whew looking good!
Agreed! Big styling upgrades in the last few years 👍🏼
Nice job & I can't wait to buy this as my daily.
i have a 2019 SR Sentra I really love the updated look rather than the bulkier look the previous generation has.
I swear the Sentra is now as big as the 2002-2006 Altima use to be. Either way I think it’s a great looking car.
I just bought my 2024 Nissan Sentra SR premium package two weeks ago and I love it especially my moon roof.
That burnt orange color looks damn good in person. The Premium has the all black wheels.
My son has a 2023 SR and he loves it.
Same.

I keep my eyes open for those videos!

this sr model does have the upgraded 8 " screen
Nice!
Agreed! 👍🏼
Fantastic video Will.
Glad you enjoyed it! 👍🏼
Great car. I’d prefer it without the black roof. The orange color is cool.
About time they revamped the sentras.. these will sell like hot cakes
they do

Struggling to choose between this and the 2024 kia forte gt :'(
I think you would have a lot more fun with the forte DCT over the Nissan CVT

My problem also.I like the design and colors of the Sentra SR premium, while I like the options and engine of the Forte GT with GT2 pkg.

@@The1realro The first thing I would replace on the Forte GT are those ugly wheels, hate them.
You can get rid of the road noise by putting better quality tires on.

It's very decent for that price!!!

That is a very pretty pile of garbage
