    I find it so amazing that over there in the USA you have, for some, such easy access to organic products at reasonable prices and yet so many are sick, overweight and unhappy. Here in the UK, I find organic is around twice the price of non-organic and very,, very little choice in the frozen section. It would be interesting to know how much your grocery bill was! I am particularly jealous of 15lbs of potatoes for £4 equivalent! Can't wait to see what you cook up.

    You just have to watch to make sure you're not buying gmo produce. You can still find good produce, you just have to read the labels and tickets. ❤️

    Best Video! What a wonderful Reference Video! Thank you so much to you and Gustavo for all the hard work this video took to make! But it sure was worth it and it's greatly appreciated! Also, please don't let asshole comments, like some dillhole asking about plastic. WTF? I responded to them below, you are responsible for me and countless others going Vegan and staying Vegan, so not only is your carbon footprint wonderful, ours is now too and it's all thanks to YOU! Keep up your AMAZING work and God Bless!

    Great Webinar! Here in Victoria we have lots of ethnic options and a great store named The Root Cellar, where the majority of produce is organic and locally purchased from the farming community here. Too bad for not being able to make the conference and meeting you all & Bailey.

    A store like that would have to be called the Ten Dollar store here in Alaska! Stuff is so expensive even the potatoes, carrots and other produce grown here. I think 5# of potatoes are around $4 all year long. No special during the season either unless you know the farmer. We do have a garden and grow what we can, mostly cole crops. Living in Alaska is worth what produce costs due to the lack of so much regulation of our state vs california!!!

    Your lucky to have so many options around you. We don’t have any of those stores where I live but Walmart and the selection is not as great as yours. And our Costco has almost no organic produce. I was drooling over all your sweet potatoe options. We just have the regular orange sweet potatoes. I just want to co,e to California to grocery shop. 😂

    How do you make the sun dried tomatoes into a powder? What do you use it for?

    • @cathycintolo1849
      @cathycintolo1849 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      you can use a food processor, nutribullet or coffee grinder (or a Vitamix dry blender if you have it) to grind them up. she's adding them to a barbeque sauce for the tomato flavor. Just like mushroom powder, you can use it to bump up the flavor

    • @thejenniferdiamond

    What type of water do you drink AJ? I know Alan goldhamer recommends distillation as a good water treatment method. Pam Popper and her organisation seem to warn against drinking it all the time, do you know if this is anything to be concerned about? I have been drinking exclusively distilled water for the last year or so and feel fine. Interested to know what you drink and think about this and whether you could direct me to Alan or someone going into more detail about this. Great videos anyway :) ! Keep em coming

      Really? Do you have ANY idea how much CHEF AJ has done for this planet? She is Vegan, and she helps countless others go Vegan and YOU have the Gaul to ask her about Plastic!??? What the hell! You should be ashamed of yourself! I would put her carbon footprint up against ANYONE, Every person she has helped go and stay vegan, she is responsible for their improved carbon footprint! So, like "I" learned when I was a child "If you don't have anything nice to say, DON'T say anything at all!"
