Can you help me understand which device among the RTL-SDR, Pluto, or HackRF would be most suitable for a hobbyist? I see that you have videos with each one of them.
Go with newer version of Pluto SDR, since it is full duplex with extended frequency range upto 6 GHz, if you don't have budget constraints, otherwise for receive only just get RTL-SDR, which is probably around 20 bucks
Very good and well explained. GnuRadio has always been a mystery to me, but this video shows that it is not too hard.

Do you have a repositry for all the examples on TH-cam. It is hard to replicate the opes from the scree as the resolution is not great. Drew VK4ZXI
