Good day.. i bought a pair of these earbuds after watching your review.. i was trying to get a tracking for my order after a couple of weeks..But i see where the order was cancelled.. any particular reason for that? And i wasn't notified about any cancellations or refund.. I've tried to reach out to them.. but im yet to get a response
I've had both sets now, got the rails at the moment. Better battery life in my experience and they seem to charge up a slight tad faster, but I timed them on the 10min=2hour brag they gave and the rail consistently lasted 10-15 mins longer. That being said I really like the case for the anc much more, the inner lights and wireless charge is nice. Unnecessary but nice to have. Unless you REALLY want the anc or wireless charge then the $20 difference isnt worth it. That all being said of the 2 I really prefer the anc, not for function, I like the way they look and feel more, but to me the extra money was disposable, anyone on a budget won't miss out by getting the reg rails.
Nice review! Im glad these came out because it has everything I was looking for. Definitely an upgrade from the Indy ANC’s. Also the smokin buds are a great budget upgrade to the dimes. Skullcandy is dropping some great stuff.
Thanks for talking about the distortion at 9:14! I bought myself a pair today and was disappointed by some distortion while listening to the ending of “Hallucinate” by The Devil Wears Prada, but fixed it by bringing down some of my EQ levels. The earbuds could then separate out the various instruments nicely.
im trying to get some for work, all i need is good bass and good sound quality, and the fact they are black is a plus as well because we're not suppose to wear them while working, my hair length and thickness also helps with hiding them
I just got the ANC Rail. Im impressed! Really nice app. I did the hearing test then let the app configure my sound experience. WoW! Comparable to Mods? Its close. Mods give more bass. But the ANC Rail a very different experience. Seems to be more intricate. Especially with Jazz and Classical. Switch Listening between Iphone 13 ProMax Apple Music and TH-cam off my Big Mac Monterrey. Very clear, crisp. ANC works great. Cant hear shite other than Music! Hearing level at around 30% and cant hear the keyboard. Im using Foam earbud plugs to enhance the ANC experience. Even at 20% volume I can bearly hear my clacking keyboard.
Thank you for this review! I've never tried active noise cancellation and I'm looking for some affordable earbuds and as I love Skullcandy I was going to buy the Indy ANC but I think I like these way better and all its features. I might get them this black friday
It would be real cool to get a sound quality test like if you had some fake ear mics to run the buds through . Never the less though I can still appreciate these reviews.
@54Shadowolf The bass is good, but it may vary from person to person. I don't want a bunch of bass blasting in my ear, tho. No issues with the mics thus far
I bought the regular Rail’s on impulse one day in Walmart when they first came out, they’re not terrible, but I can’t use them for phone calls, due to the tunnel effect, and the battery life has dropped significantly since I bought them, if I could go back I would just buy another pair of Jibs or Sesh’s for kick around buds, if you do buy the Rail, get the app and disable all the touch functionality
@@abrahamsalinas4523 absolutely, they’re still kicking strong for me, and I was able to figure out the phone call thing, I use them constantly and they’re pretty good
Excellent review i really love ur type if review, please do try to find a way to give us a sample of how they sound when listening to music. Besides that really nice!!!
The driver size definitely plays a pretty big deal in SQ. I’m really unimpressed with my AirPod pro’s, my skullcandy dime’s sound better than my pro’s. My rail ANC will be in by Monday.
I lost my charging case for the rail ancs, skullcandy support says the dont provide spare parts as they are out of stock. Do you think the rail anc will charge in the normal rail case as it would be cheaper to rebuy the rails instead of the ancs
I don't know if you've tried this yet, but for anyone else reading, I own both and the cases are different sizes and ANCs do not charge in the normal case. The ANC buds are thicker and don't fit into the noticeably slimmer case.
got the rail ANC , the sound quality is great and have a good soundstage. but damn the app is super glitchy. it resets my button preferences like almost every day. ANC and transparency mode are some of the weakest i have seen. also evrytime i put the headphones in it immediately switches between regular-ANC-transparency...super annoying, especially since it has a voice notification telling me its changed. multipoint is very sensitive. if im listening on my computer and if i send a text or do anything on my phone that makes any kind of sound it immediately switches over... like even a sent text sound effect!!! also between my samsung phone and macbook, it often gets glitchy and will keep pausing my music until i disconnect from the other device. i really wanted to like it because the sound quality is good but having used multiple soundcore headphones, those just work and the app is clean and easy to use.
See I'm glad I read your comment because (like everyone else) I used to be a huge Skullcandy fan because as an audiophile who likes good mid tear price headphones that blow away all the airpod, beat and Samsung bud fan boys. I love soundcore and was thinking about getting the liberty 4 nc. I already had the Liberty 3 pro twice. Just lost the second pair plus they didn't fit as well as I hoped. So thanks again for the comment. Because I almost bought the skull candies, now I'm not.😅
Great content man! I am actually still confused, as I am getting rails at half of the price as compared to rails ANC. My only concern is that if the rails ANC's sound quality is much better and worth speding more then double when comparing to the normal rail (without ANC). PS: i dont care about ANC unless its super good (If its just mediocre then i dont mind skipping it) Let me know what u suggest as per ur experience with both of them!
I think it's just sales. When you posted this, it was the tail end of the holidays/"resolutions season". Edit bc adhd: Also when he talks about price its the msrp. Their base prices are $20 difference.
Hey! I do enjoy this review, i actually just bought some Rail ANC earbuds, but i would like to know what wireless chargers there are that will charge the earbuds, is it possible for you to link them in the discription or make a short about it maybe?

I have the HESH ANC right now and my biggest problem is that I can't use them outside if its windy because even with ANC on, if theres too much wind or really any slightly fast wind it will go into the microphones super loudly and its very annoying, is that a problem with the rail/rail ANC earbuds? follow up question, are the regular rail earbuds good enough to where you can hear clearly in loud environments, I saw this when a friend showed me their evo crusher headphones and I was able to hear everything but the outside of the headphones, which was actually somewhat better than the HESH ANC, Ik this was posted months ago but any help would be nice
Are these similar sound quality to the Beats Fit Pro? I know the beats are a lot more expensive as I myself have the Beats Fit Pro, but the wingtips completely fell off and they hurt my ears. So I'm looking to get new earbuds.

They do with the speakers. I got 2 I believe with the Skullcandy Terrain XL I bought
They do with every product they send I mean personally I've always gotten stickers everytime I order from them
The Terrain speakers include 2 stickers, but I have bought 3 other headphones and they don't include stickers, at least not ordering from Amazon m
