When i start should i use a shower cap? And in the morning my hair is really clumped together
I mean no because your hair is low but when it get longer and locs up put it when ur sleeping it's gonna curl and and get stuck together

how often should i wash my hair i just started this journey 2 weeks ago i got a taper today so i assumed i should wash it and i did i’ve used lock gel twice in the past two weeks
My hairs a little softer but still locks and right now it’s completely detached and to soft can’t even use the sponge smh do you wash your hair after getting haircuts did you the first month into your freeform loc process? How often should i use lock gel and leave in conditioner?
Twin don’t wash your hair, you can wash it every 2 months, actually it doesn’t matter. If you feel like your hair ain’t dirty you dont gotta wash it. But dont wash it for a few months and use the locking cream 2 times every week

don’t listen to that brudda😂 wash your hair when it feels dirty. i wash mine every 3-4 weeks, couple of days before or after a trim. just scratch your head and you can tell from the build up tbh
Cos you just started I’d say wash it once a month, you’re hair needs time to lock up and water just slows down the process

How do you get a hang dread because I’ve been try get one and it hasn’t been coming out good
Pull the dread down to your eyes, get a hair clip, clip it onto the hair and just leave it there for most of the day, do it everyday and it’ll start hanging by the second week
Second day in sponge method do I wash my hair or leave it
I hope I’m not too late but you only need to wash every 2 weeks to a month or at the very most once a week
Do I sponge everyday even pass the beginner stage
