I was watching the Mos Eisley Cantina over the few weeks now as I finally took the plunge and bought it, not for investment, just because I wanted it before it's 'said' to be retired this year.
I noticed it came back in the Lego store in the UK only a few days before it said 'Temporarily out of stock' again, seems the stock is low on this one here in the UK.
Also, Lego's Amazon in the UK was being bought out so quickly too, now they've bumped up the price to £365 on Amazon... John Lewis quickly became out of stock on their online orders too, but there are a couple still left in their in-store stock. Wilko currently have 11 in stock but that's been selling just as fast as I remember seeing 18 before.
I know 'Temporarily out of stock' means they intend to have more, but how long, who knows... Mos Eisley Cantina seems to come and go just as quick. I'd say, if you really want this, get it before you can. Could be a headache to get in a couple months time, but hope I'm wrong.

I had interest on this set as I originally wanted to get it on the Lego store but I missed my chance as it was only up for a few days last week, even before that, it also said 'Temporary out of stock' a few weeks before that too... So, I was waiting and watching, during this time I was noticing the high interest in this set recently, seeing how fast it's selling through the other online stores here in the UK.
Eventually I decided to get it at John Lewis as the fear of not being able to get it took over... Just as I started seeing the surge of people buying it fast! For the price, I was surprised to see how quickly it's selling from other stores! This is a great set, so I can see why, there's just been a lot of demand for it right now..
As I'm writing this, people are still buying it from the Amazon store, originally £340 which has now gone up to £365 on their store!... 8 was available, now it's down to 3 as I'm writing this. This set has very high interest, people are still willing to spend £365, where you could technically still get it at Wilko for £344 (11 in stock as writing this)

I've had the Cantina sealed since mid 2023 when I was in Germany. found it on sale for like €150 off.. It was the last one, so obviously I took it

I think the mechs are going to surprise a lot of people as a great investment and item for your collection.
Lego don’t seem to be stopping making them either! More characters will be coming I think!
Mos Eisley cantina is not produced anymore, might be hard to catch it on sale
I think there will still be loads of stock. And one big sale near the end of year will clear them all out
@@valenteproductions Here in Poland we dont really have sales for this set anymore, few days ago one shop had coupons for all legos (but it was limited and sale ended in 5 minutes), including cantina and I got one for 300$, but its probably the last such good sale here. For last few months the price is already higher than last year and since LEGO doesnt produce it for some time, hype is big, we dont expect any good sales here. Perhaps other countries will be more lucky :) Hope you get some for super lower price! :D

Lego will put a discount on pretty much every retiring Lego set. That’s why lots of people like to wait till the end of year when Lego put sets at like 40% off! It can result in a lot of spending though 😅

I got the newest at te with Cody for 85$ on amazon prime day I'm sure I will get a good return on it but I don't now when the best time would be to sell it
I would say around the holiday season. Parents will not be searching for great deals and will just try to get the set for gifts.

18:22 - Err.. I disagree. The minifigures are meh. People are buying this set for the E-Wing. It finally was canonized in a very short clip in Ashoka . But not because of the appearance from the show; more so because the E-wing stems from Legends.
I don’t see anyone buying this set for the e wing… that’s not why the set will do well in the future at all
Good content but that background music is really annoying
