I love all your feedings, but the Pacman frogs are very entertaining due to their voracious appetite. My favorite of all the frogs are the dart frogs due to the very vibrant colors and variety. Everything you do is very cool! One day, I hope to do the stuff you do. I am really hoping one day I can get Vietnamese leaf turtles. They have stolen my heart as one of my favorites. My other dream animal is an aldabra tortoise. Thanks for all you do !!
My D. leucomelas were not that shy. I had two pairs in a 29 gallon viv. When I sold it there were seven in there. It was very cool to see the parents and little ones together. They also have a great call! Cheers, Chris
Lunchbox is a legend. I cheer every time there’s so much as a glimpse of her in your content. I’d give her all my lunch money happily, if she demanded it. It’d be an honour, ma’am. (I’d also give you all my money, if she was ever utilized on merch. 😉) Frogs are such a serotonin boost. The glass frogs don’t look like they should be real, and for that, I love them.
Just thought I would let you know that you are a life saver! I got in 3 Schneider skinks that were imported unfortunately (I do plan on producing CB of these Schneider skinks as I think that is the only reason to take them out of the wild) BUT they were in bad shape when I got them. They had bite marks and scratches all over their bodies. I watched your video on when one of your pacman frogs had a scratch on its head from its container and you recommended that cream (I forget the name) so I thought I’d give it a try and it’s totally worked within a week the bite marks are gone! Thank you so much! And I think my Schneider skinks thank you as well ❤
Dayyan, of the dart frogs, I love that orange flame color on the very shy ones. I hope you try them in the other set-up, maybe they'll become bolder the longer you have them. And Lunchbox... wow! So, thanks for this one, it's great!
love the frog feedings! Leucomelas are my favorite, they were my first frogs! black and yellow such classic look. and the glass frogs are awesome too congrats on the histrionica! Can't wait to see the full video
Frogs!!! My favorite category of animals… biased based on my dad’s nickname for me. I was over a month premature, so my ankles weren’t developed and my toes would naturally touch my shins. 😂 Can’t have any myself, so thrilled to get to enjoy yours!
I was thinking the same.. Plus the scorpion. Did you have a Vinegaroon, too? And what ever happened with the Giant Centipedes? Thanks again, great video!
@@Reptiliatus They will. People watch because of you, not just the critters. I watch for the high standards of care, and that you truly love your animals.
Definitely hook the luecomelas with a terrarium. Either aquarium tank or front open door if you can. I noticed with my fine spots that they were very shy in their quarantine tub (25 gal). Once I put them in a tank, I now get to see them hunt and feed and they have become more bold. I think the plastic not being fully clear, opening a tub bin (makes loud noises) over top, and just plastic not being the same material as glass makes them very shy. On the other hand my auratus capurgana were a lot easier to watch feed in the tubs vs now they are in a tank and I never see them, even when I feed. Haha I guess that’s just life sometimes. But I do think the plastic tubs have different effects on different species.
I’ve been growing a carnivorous plant terrarium for about 5 years. I just visited the pet store and got a Pac-Man frog to go in there. He’s been about a week in there and seems pretty happy. For those concerned. He’s too big to be eaten by any of my plants. Next it’s springtails and isopods. There is already a mycelium at work in there. I introduced some magic mushroom spores a few years ago when I was growing them. After years, I still get random mushrooms popping up. The idea is to try my best to create a fully enclosed ecosystem. Cheers.
I really like all your frogs. There's so many different colours and patterns 😮 My favourite though are the pac man frogs! They're just so cool looking 🙂✌🏼 Thank you for sharing your animals with us. Take care Dayyan.
Wow no idea there were such cool frogs in the world! My favorite were the glass frogs, they reminded me of kermit the frog. Frogs are so funny. Your plants are impressive too... I'm really into tarantulas lately, so I'd love to see more of yours. Also love to see leachie geckos. I'll watch whatever you can upload though, you're one of my favorite reptile content creators
I'm new to the hobby but I'm REALLY loving frogs! I only have a young Pacman, his/her name is Guapo, right now but I have plans to buy a few dart frogs next. More frog feeding/care videos please. ❤
Hey man, nice video. Just thought id ask, do you still have Leopard Geckos and if so are you planning to show em off in a video? Im brand new to reptile keeping and love seeing people’s enclosures for them :)
Amphibians are the most amazing animals to watch eat. I cannot choose a species easily, probably the horned frogs. I don’t have as much experience with the little species, although the bonus is that you can set up them very naturalistic. Probably the blue poison dart frogs are my favorite. Also, I was under the impression that the bumblebee poison dart frogs are quite active and not shy at all. You definitely need more species though. Probably an African bullfrog, some species of true toed and fire-bellied toads. The latter can be bred easily and have a pleasant call.
My favorite is the pacman frog that's why I got one lol he looks exactly like Lunchbox. I'm so excited for the pacman video!!! Alistair (my pacman) finally had a good meal on Saturday, he was eating only 2 nightcrawlers every time I fed him but Saturday he ate 4 nightcrawlers and a fish.
What size tubs do you keep your dart frogs in? I need to do a major redo on all my tanks and wanna set my guys up in temp bioactive tubs while I redo all the enclosures. What would you recommend for 3 terribilis, 3 luecs, and 2 dendrobates tincs? Please and thank you 🙏
Awesome frogs!,How do you keep your plants in your enclosures alive because every time I put plants in my enclosures they die or don’t have good growth
My favorite frogs are the orange ones because I love how vibrant and gorgeous the color is on them. I feel you on reverting to a different language's pronunciation, as I do that with Spanish 😅 I have to remind myself I'm speaking x language, not Spanish 😂
I'd set up the Bumble Bees in a tank and give them a little bit to get used it, maybe they'll find their confidence. Also it might be that they see you as a predator because you stand over their bin, putting them in a tank could be what they need. I'd love to see feeding videos on certain types of your animals.
I need some help with a question how often do you feed your scorpions? I know this is a separate issue from this video but I just got scorpions and I need to know how stressed out I should be if one isn't eating his crickets.
Amphibians started it all for me, I kept frogs first before reptiles!! Still get groggy gifts from those who’ve known me a while! I see beneficial mite packets, the dart frogs don’t eat them too? So sad about the cobalt female, that sucks 😢 One of my fav species is the coque frog in Hawaii, it’s chorus is incredible, they’re the size of a loonie or toonie, basic brown, but their song is beautiful
Anyone know what those crawling vines in the dart frog tanks are? Some sort of ficus? I'd love to have that going on in mine- tried before and it didn't work out so well, I think the soil was too dry/it got eaten by isopods.
It's hard to choose, especially since dart and tree frogs were my favorite type of frog as a kid. There is something really endearing about the fringed leaf frog. I expect my answer would be different on a different day 😅
They are great! Dart frogs are actually harmless in captivity! They get their poison from the food they eat in the wild and can't produce it from eating fruit flies/captive foods :).
I like the big boi frogs the best. The pac mans, and the fringed leaf. The fringed leaf you have reminds me of my WTFs. Just silly, goofballs who want food. 😂
Qotd. Pacman frogs. I dont know that i would keep them but they are so indestructable looking. I have an obsession with creating the animals native habitat can you go over the natural history of the horned frog adult care video in depth. Are they more like toads where they can be far from water or do they hang by the waters edge more, do they burrow at the base of grasses or plants or more in an open space, do they target animal trails to set up next to, are they seasonally flooded, do they prefer shaded forest or grassy open canopy, just some questions thx.
@mrsb1212 haha you know stuff! Frogs (including toads cause they are frogs) use their eyes like a plunger to push the larger food items down their gullet like humans do with our cheeks and tongues.

I'm a big frog guy so this video was gold for me! I really enjoy large terrestrial amphibians, so the horned frogs were top of the list for me.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! Horned frogs are awesome!

Lunchbox %100 and the bumblebees definitely need prime real estate. So cute!
It wasn’t until this year (your channel) that I found out that frogs and turtles use their hands to manipulate their food. So neat!
Every frog I thought ooh that’s my favorite! 🤩 such a great video!

Lunchbox is my favorite! Just look at her :)
🐸🍔✨
I love them all! I have White’s Green Tree Frogs. 3 of them. I love them so much. Such cute personalities. And I love watching mine eat too.
Whites are the best! I had two of them as a child growing up! So fun! Thank you so much!
Nice feeding video, and to answer your question, my favorite frog is the Blue Poison Frog because it's one of the recognizable frogs and it's color 🙂👍
I love the mint frogs! They totally look like aliens!
We need more tarantula content my guy!
Haha they are amazing 👽🐸! Hopefully soon! Fingers crossed people will watch it 😥

Honestly lunchbox is my fave- She is just great! So beefy and has a lot of expression and personality in that cute face 🤭
Also the last one- so cute with his little hands!

Bumblebee set up in a different home. So you can see them better! They are a great species!
I think so too!
4:01-4:31 just like a little raptor!
Oh my goodness! Lunchbox needs her own channel, she’s a beautiful beefcake! Definitely my favourite. Although I’m a Pac-Man mummy so a little biased 🤭
lol lunchbox with the quail foot sticking out of her mouth needs to be a merch item
Interesting idea 👀

I just got two baby pacman frogs and already have white tree frogs. I haven't ventured into dart frogs... yet. Awesome!
