So true... Ipoh@Malaysia n most tourist destinations here are still very much underrated.. let's stay that way.. calm , peaceful n of course.. here is very much value for money..at least 4 5 times cheaper that most European countries

As a local, and i foodie i prefer ipoh (perak) than a penang. But i never recommend it 😂 gatekeeping it so it wont get overcrowded😅 There is thrift market every sunday at old town ipoh where i get most of my antique furnitures for a steal. My usual spot would be Belum National Park and live on a houseboat for a few days.
