I have gotten passthrough size BB from T&C Laser materials. I have also bought 4x8' sheets of plywood and cut them down to size myself :)

You could have cut that without the pass through. It’s only 18 inches
This sign is about 30" wide which cannot be done without the passthrough slot :)
This is the only reason i got the pro. Question say you wanna do something with more lines more detail does the alignment still match.
Yes, I have also done a large USA map with the names of each state scored inside the state and it turned out perfect!
What wood did you buy to make this? A link would be AMAZING! Trying to follow along and make it now, but it's my first time using the passthrough. I need help!
I used 1/8" ply from Home Depot. However any type of ply would work. I mainly use Baltic Birch now.
