      In addition to other comments here, she is also the moral centre of the show. A political judgement call by one is often questioned by C.J. the decision maker is either convinced by the moral call or goes with their political one. Doesn't make C.J any less right but at the end of the day the presidency is political, even when they'd rather it wasn't.

      A large minority of Americans -- still a minority -- admit he is guilty but don't care because they want power more than democracy and they stupidly think the leopard won't eat THEIR face.

    1:57 CJ deserved to get told-off by Leo. When Josh had his Secret Inflation Plan screw-up, everyone rightly jumped down his throat. But whenever CJ screws up, she always get mad at other people. She needs to get over herself.

    • @jmmypaddy
      @jmmypaddy 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      She is also dealing with being a woman in a man's job, where she's given less respect in their actions and their words. Whenever she screws up people stop listening to her for a long time, leading them to disregard her when she offers opposing views, where eventually they ultimately make wrong decisions. On top of this, she is never given the credit when she was right all along and they never make it known they should have listened to her. Leo finally gets it when he says she should be chief of staff.
