Hello. The canvas is made to your dimensions and you install it. For the stars you need equipment, but this is painstaking work and you need to make either stars or highlights. You can't make stars and lights at the same time. I know where to buy only where I live. I used to send materials to different countries: Germany, England, USA, Cyprus. Now it's probably more difficult. I live in Russia.

пропускаемость однотонных не замерял. С алибабы не пробовал потолки. за потолком надо ровную поверхность, придется делать сначала белый потолок, а ниже натягивать с подсветкой

That's a good question! You can remove the canvas and replace part or all of the backlight. You can also change the canvas with a new pattern if you are tired of the old one.
