Top 3 vegan dips | Aubergine dip | Hummus | Butter beans dip | Healthy, easy and delicious recipes

Hi guys, this is my top 3 vegan dips. Which one is your favorite?
Ingredients:
Aubergine dip:
- 3 Aubergines, 1/2 onion ( fine chopped), 1tbs tahini, 1tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper. For decoration - 1/2 tomato
Hummus:
- 2 cans of chickpea (Save the water from one can. This liquid is called '"Aquafaba". I used approximate 70ml), 40gr tahini, 10ml olive oil, the juice from a 1/2 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4tsp cayenne pepper, 1tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper. For decoration - Olive oil, paprika
Butter beans dip:
- 2 cans of butter beans, one onion, 30gr tomato puree ( Double Concentrate), 15ml olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper

hard to choose one! i love deeply the butter beans dip with caramelized onions but i also like the aubergine dip and hummus. These are a quick and healthy solution to eat with maybe some pita bread and a small salad next to it and you're ready for the day. i can't wait to see more recipes!
