You probably have them on beginner or intermediate, they tend to pull over for you when you come behind them. They also turn on their blinkers to indicate where they are gonna pull over, so they aren’t doing it randomly (I thought this when I saw their blinkers). After you pass them, they either stay like that if they are beginner, if they are intermediate, get ready for the fight of your fucking life 😂. They will come for you, once they pass you they start going 1/3 speed again
