Thanx for d v informative video on sedum.Honestly i had no idea about its care.Yes,rightly sd' failure is d stepping stone for success.We r done with our painting work n house is slowly limping back to normal.Many of my plants got damaged during d process.i have only one word to say ' sorry from d bottom of my heart.

Will sedum dasyphyllum regenerate top growth from healthy roots ? I had one die only in the middle . The roots in the dead area are very healthy. Will new growth come from those roots or should I cut that dead area out and re plant the healthy ones ?

Just add a layer of compost where it is balding.

Hmm. I get them from local nursery. They have these in clayey soil.
When I bring them obviously they don't do great even if rught watering and sunlight provided.
They eventually disappear.
I do try too plant them in sandy soil they grow for sometime but never spread. And eventually they die too.
I have few left now and am trying to revive them. 🤞

Sorry for the out of topic some one replied that the tune is an old one from the olden days dhoordarshan music (surabhi)yes sir u are correct and I belong to those days music that's why I got emotional

Yes if there is excess water the established plant soaks it up
